Weight loss tips please? -

I m 13, 5 2, and 143 pounds...i really need to lose weight. Do you guys have any ideas?

You should really be careful when dealing with weight loss because you are so young, but here are a few safe/ healthy tips:1. No soda (regular or diet). When a person cuts back soda from their diet, the average amount of weight loss is 10-15 pounds per year. 2. Switch from whole/ 2% milk to skim.3. Exercise! Take a walk, do yoga, dance...anything that will get you moving.4. Park your car in the back of a parking lot...the steps add up.5. Cut back on fast food, fried foods, etc. Even if it s just a few times a week, you ll save yourself so many calories.6. Read labels! Never eat anything with saturated fat or hydrogenated oil.7. Get plenty of rest. You burn about 50 calories every hour you re asleep. 8. Eat fruit in the morning, because it helps get your metabolism moving. Also, always be sure to eat breakfast to help with your metabolism.9. Eat 5-6 small meals through-out the day instead of 3 large meals. It helps your metabolism, and also keeps you from becoming hungry through out the day, which can often lead to bingeing.10. Drink around 64 oz. of water daily!

Exercise is the best thing you can do. To make it fun, see if your parents will get you one of those mini trampolines that you can job on. dont snack if you do eat baby carrots or any other veggies,when you have a meal eat half of what you usually do.exercise all you can ,most important dont go on a crash diet.in no time youll loose the weight you wany oh if you drink soda diet soda only

Combination of diet and exercise. No junk foods. If you are serious, take a 200 mg caffeine tablet everyday or just before workouts. It burns an extra 50 calories and makes your workout better.

How to lose weight off upper arms,thighs and butt? -

i need to tone them up without going gym as i cant afford it and dont have time...

OK for your upper arms lift weights. For your thighs do squats if you dont know what that is its basicly holding a weight in each hand while at the same time squating down and picking yourself back up. Also jogging works well for losing weight all over your legs but the squats work best to burn the fat on your inner thighs. And for a tighter butt do some leg lifts. All the while make sure your eating a healthy diet and drink plenty water! I also reccomend watching excersise videos for proper instruction on how to do the excersises i suggested and for extra tips to help get you those results! Hope i helped (:

30 push ups a day wil tone you upper arms in no time. Give full effort if you really want to see results, less than a 90 degree angle every time! It s hard at first, but it gets easier. When it gets too easy, bump it up to 40 or 45. The more you do, the more it shows. Try and adopt a vegetarian diet. A vegetarian diet is undoubtedly better for those of us watching our diet. There are a lot of advantages of keeping to a vegetarian diet but I don��t want to sing an ode to vegetarianism now. What I would suggest is keep to a vegetarian diet as much as you can.
