How do I lose weight fast in 2 months? -

I am 5 6 and 135ish lbs. I want to lose like 20 lbs before school starts but I dont know how I can do it...Idk know if it helps but I wear size 7 jeans (i have no butt) size L or XL shirt. I want to be in size 5 jeans and down to a size M.I ve decided to stop eating sweets and red meat, what else should i stop eating? what are some exercises and stuff i can do?

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. This is a good start. Another thing you can do is if you consume soda switch to diet, or cut out soda or sugary beverages from your diet. Honestly though you sound like a healthy weight so I would make small changes and perhaps try to do a lot of the body changes via excercising. Add about 30 + minutes of cardio to your normal routine and I bet you will be fitting those skinny jeans by school time with the other healthy changes your making. If your not used to excercising walk briskly for an hour a day, in the morning or evening (since its hotter than heck right now). I love ones that involve dancing because I m having fun when I work out, do a search for dance aerobics on google to find some common tapes out there and then check them out on amazon.com!

Don t eat starchy foods like bread and pasta. Avoid sweets and sugars. Always have a good breakfast. Carry along little snacks with u like nuts (no cashews) and eat apples, carrot sticks and bananas. And drink lots of water.Now, for the exercise.. if u want a total body transformation sweetheart, I STRONGLY reccommend Billy Blanks DVD workouts. He has different ones so u can research the one that is perfect for u. I use the Bootcamp DVDs and it has done me wonders!!! The bootcamp version works every single part of the body, including the abs so i dont think u will be disappointed. it also comes with resistance bands, so u know that is a good workout

oh my gosh. i am 5 6 and 130! and im trying to lose 10 pounds by school though. im just curious what your answers will be like. but all i know is eat whole grain and dont eat white bread, white bagels, or anything white like that. its starches

besides those donts (like stop eat sweets, meat, ...etc..), take more HIGH FIBER food + exercise. The soluble insoluble fiber makes u absorp less fat cholestrol.. n makes u produce a big big stool.. (*.*)

How to lose weight and not be so quot;plumpquot;? ? -

i have some fat rolls [[ewwww]] when i lean over. i want to get rid of these because i look really fat! it makes me feel self concious and i cant wear what i want anymore. i dont look pretty in my clothes. i want to look pretty again! haha. i sound like im going to go be anorexic or something...i eat soo much food. i cant prevent how much food i eat. for example- when i get home i automatically drop my books, call my mom and look at food and grab something. and its always unhealthy or if its something semi-healthy like cereal or something i have like 5 bowls [[im serious]] and force myself to walk upstairs and start homework. if im upstairs away from the food i can prevent myself from eating unhealthy foods. i wish i could direct myself to the healthy foods but i cant! ahh!im 13 yrs old and 5 0 tall. im about 110 pds on an average day. sometimes more- sometimes less. i do cheer twice a week with tons of conditioning. lately to get back in shape i have been doing crunches every night and things like that. at cheer practice we do TONS of consitiong. like- we do 70 push ups then ab workouts then leg workouts then a bunch more conditiong. i dont get sore or anything but it doesnt help. i cant buy anything or what not. i cant change my diet much either because my mom buys the food.l HELP

wowi love cereal too!i used to always come home after track practice and then eat 2 bowls of frosted flakes and then cinnamon toast crunch.. loli d advise you to do some track workouts. try to get to a track and run at least a mile a day..slowly working your way up to 3 miles/day.or you could also look up track workouts online. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84yC_mEfs��Do pilates abs! i no theres realy no way to lose weight FAST but what can i do to speed up the proces??? any ideas plz!

sit ups. jogging on a treadmill for 30 minutes a day. watch what you are eating. squats. lunges.

RUN RUN RUN! lol yeah just start jogging it works almost every part of your body.

eat a less fats and run a little more.

Eating better is a place to start. mixing eating better and exerciseing will allow you to lose weight. I suggest jogging, but if you dont enjoy that sports are a fun and at the same time you will lose weight.

You need to do cardio! Go running or swimming or biking! Cardio is the only way you ll burn fat, if you just do muscle strengthening activities without cardio, your muscles will never show because they ll be covered in a layer of fat. Try doing cardio at least 4x a week for at least 30 minutes at a time. And cut out any bad food you re eating! If you go running often and are eating good food, (between 1500-1800 cals a day) you should start dropping some weight and noticing a difference pretty soon!

diet and exercise is really the only confirmed way. And it depends on what your definition of FAST is? and how much weight you want to lose
