I want to know how to lose weight? -

i am 135 pounds and i have an athletic build, and i play basketball and i m like 5 7 but i still have baby fat and would like to get some muscles on my upper legs and arms, help

well how old are you? first of all, keep on playing, dont be so self centered, baby fat could be sexy too, and well you want to gain some muscles in your legs? well just remember is is the longest and pivotal muscle of the body, go to the gym, but begin at your house do some squats, that is the best one really, hey i was a marine so i know about this ok!!! and get on it and give me 20 recruit!!! by the way get some vitamines, antioxidants, and a good diet.

Exersize And Eat Right.

set a target, don t be lazy, eat less, drink black coffee, tea and lots of water.

stop drinking tea, coffee, juice s etc... drink only bottled or filtered water, and watch the pounds fly off you.

dont eat

go on a diet.try to only eat veggies for a weeksee what happensexercise every week will help out

to get more musscle/lose weight u start off by doing small thing like running for half an hour, then keep on building on the time. for ur arms, wat i did was start and say 10 push ups do them twice a day, and after 3 days and 1 to 5 more. hope this has helped u

That sound like you are thin to me. 5 7 is tallish, for a girl and medium height for a male. You are in a perfect weight for your height. If you want to look more toned just do light weight exercise and jog, ride a bike or swim.

do some curls with small dumbbells. That will take care of the arm fat. Do some running drills, not jogging, but sprints. That will strengthen your legs.

Strange, I am 5 7 too and I weigh 134, but I think this is a perfect weight for this height. If you loose more weight you will look too skinny!

First of all, congratulations for taking the initiative and actually achieving your weight loss through hard work and natural efforts instead of the harmful drugs that are advertised.Second, You definitely have to keep track of your calorie/fat intake and make sure to burn more calories then you consume.Third, do weight training to build muscle. Muscle increases your metabolic rate, thereby burning more calories even when at rest/not necessarily exercising.Fourth, as mentioned previously higher metabolism means faster/more efficient calorie burning. Some other ways to raise your metabolism , if even for a short while, is taking cold showers/drinking really cold beverages, using a sauna regularly, and drinking green tea. Hot and cold works the same way - the body is forced to work harder to regulate your body temperature so you burn more calories.Fifth, consume carbohydrates such as breads/pasta when you will be active since unused carbs are more likely to be stored as fat. To loose a lot of weight get in-shape, and feel great all you have to do is do 15-20 min of EXTREAM cardio, every other day or in other words 3-4 times a week. What i mean is in the 15-20 min you have to push your self to you limit, instead of taking a light jog for 4 hours, but sprinting for 20 min you will increase you metabolism, and burn more calories through the whole day, when your setting doing nothing you will be burning a lot more calories because of this. Also of course eat healthy, and another great way to loose weight is to start weight lifting, b/c muscles burn lots of calories.
