It s not that many, really, and do them in different positions (one leg straight up, alternate, etc)For your thighs, take up walking a few miles a day, with short intervals of jogging (1 or 2 minute sprints)Your bum - lay on your back on the ground with your knees bent, and lift your bum off the ground, then lower back to the ground. Try doing sets of 30-90 crunches three times a day for your middle. Do the same formula with leg lifts. For the bootie, I m not quite sure, but I know that if you google you can find good excercizes similar to crunches and leg lifts. Hi Everyone has a daily calorie allowance, mostly it range from 1800-2900 calories a day. Go to the below mentioned link and find out your calorie allowance and eat less than that. whatever your calorie allowance is, eat 500 calories less a day, this way you will lose a pound a week (3500 calories = 1 pound). if you want to lose more, eat a lil bit less and exercise, however do not eat less than 1200 calories a day.
