How can I lose weight and get skinny fast? -

I m 15 I weigh between 150-160 and I want to weigh between 120-130 right now I do crunches everyday and jog a little and I also I try to eat less. Are there any other things I should do so I can lose weight fast without any pills or having to leave the house?

You don t actually have to run to get thinner. Just walk fast until your pulse is higher thn usall. But, if you prefer to stay inside, you maybee can get a bike-machine (Don t now the english word, i m not from a english talking country). Maybe try to go a trainingplace or something like that. I don t think that there are any 20lb quick fixes. The only way I have EVER lost that much weight was in labor and delivery giving birth to my children.
