Hmmm, it s almost impossible to lose weight HEALTHILY without exercising. You can try limiting your food portions and drinking a lot of water. My initial question is, why do you want to lose weight without exercising? Its almost impossible (well, it is possible to lose SOME weight without exercising) but to lose weight fast, there is no option. On top of that, lack of exercise will lead to loss of muscle mass and you could be as skinny as a runway model, but look flabby with it. If nothing else, just get some sort of physical activity, even if it is as simple as parking a little further away at the store or taking a nice walk...I even used to just go outside and walk around a little bit when I was on the phone because I had bad reception in my house. On top of that, make sure that you are losing the weight because you want to lose it and look better for yourself, not because you are afraid you might lose your boyfriend...cliche, I know, but so true. If that is the only motivation you have for losing weight, then fine, go with it, but I know that I find motivation in the sales that they have at the end of the season at department stores...the smaller you are, the better deals you can generally find!
