I love Weight Watchers. I lost about 23 pounds in about 12 weeks. I was a new woman! AND... I ate no veggies, drank no water, and did not exercise. You can only imagine what would have happened if I went about it doing all of those things to boot!

jogging....if u want to loose of ur stomach fast!!here is what i do and i loose really fast- jogg for 10 minutes but it has to be fast jogging and u cant have any breaks untill ten minutes is done ( do that once a day...it works better in the morning)-then do a exercise like fast dancing, kick boxing, something like that and do that for about an hourthis trulely works....i lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks doing that when i was in grade 5 im in eight right now and im athletic so yea im glad i lost all that weight casue its alot for a grade fiver!! good luck!!
As I told countless time, if you want to lose weight fast only fads diet can do it. It s a hard and crazy diet, but I believe fads diet is very quick.The basic principle is, since the cabbage is negative calory food, then you can eat as much cabbage soup as you want during the diet period. Many dieters are tempted to try this diet because the idea of eating something is better than the drinking lemonade master cleansing diet. It sounds less hard than the lemonade diet.The cabbage soup recipe is:1 head cabbage, clean and chop it.6 large green onions, chopped1 green pepper, chopped1/2 tablespoon of cayenne pepper2 can of tomatoes (dice)1/2 cup celery, chopped1 can french onion soup/ or lipton onion soup mix2 tablespoons brown sugarsalt and pepper10 cups of waterthis make 4 servings.Just mix all the ingredients with water except the tomatoes in a large kettle. Heat and boil them until all ingredietns are tender (approx 90 minutes). Then after 80 minutes, put in the tomatoes and season well using salt, cayenne pepper and pepper. You can add water according to your preference.Day 1: Consume the soup as much as you want, eat only fruits, except banana, and drink tea and water.Day 2: Only vegetables and soups allowed, no fruits. Eat 1 baked potato during the night.Day 3: Only vegetables, fruits and soup. Nothing else.Day 4: Only bananas and cabbage soup.Day 5: Eat 300 - 500g of beef and cabbage soup.Day 6: Still the same with day 5.Day 7: Brown rice, cabbage soup and fruits.--Note that this diet is not going to bring any good effect to your body if you do this too long. find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day8 glasses of waterhave complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energyhave lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs musclecardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight trainingdont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
