How do I lose weight fast without dieting? -

I want to lose weight,but do not want to go on a diet, please tell me how and thank you. But I don t want to go to a gym and spend to much, anything I can do around the house? I m fifteen years old by the way so no acai berry cr#p.PS I m not that fat, just have a lot of jelly in my belly :)

i m 15 and would really like to lose weight.easiest way is to quit junk food all together.25 crunches, 25 bycycles, 25 side crunches on each side each day.there s really no way to lose weight without dieting and exercise.you could boost your metablism by eating every three hour. not junk food but healthy food with a lot of carbohyrdates and protein.it s really hard to lose weight, especially in the belly area without working out. :/ i wish it wasn t though.

Psst. I would like to let you in on a secret. As it is I understand that most of us tend to put on weight particularly in the mid section, right. It is the tummy that seems to have a mind of its own. Well I will tell you a sure shot method to reduce the flab around the waist line. Mind you this doesn��t hold true for post pregnancy tummies. This is what you have to do. Breathe in air as strongly as you can and as you do so, tuck in your tummy as much as you can. Hold it like this for a few seconds and then slowly release your breath taking care not to let out your tummy. Try to keep breathing like this at least fifty or sixty times in a day. In fact breathe like this whenever you can remember to do so. After the first day, you should feel the muscles of your stomach tightening each time you do this. Then you know that you are on the right track. If you practice this without fail for 20 days, at the end of the twentieth day, you will have lost at least an inch.

Stop using remote controls. Remote controls are the bane of a prospective weight loser. They may be remarkable gadgets by themselves but from the weight loss point of view, they just aren��t very helpful. They really encourage us to take a laid back kind of attitude towards life itself. In fact if remote controls were not there, the television would not have become so popular. It is because of remote controls that people can remain where they are and switch from one channel to the other. And they only have to twitch a finger muscle to achieve this. Now, I have nothing against multi channel television sets but what I strongly advocate is that you get up from where you are and change the channel of the TV each time you want to do so. The same thing holds true for other remote controls as well. As it is we have remote controlled TVs, DVD players, A/Cs, garage doors, gateways and what not. The next thing we know is that we will have remote controlled people as well.

If you have a sitting job, stand up and stretch yourself every half an hour. Most of the jobs today are indeed sitting jobs that are in one word sedentary. This is especially true for those who sit and punch away at the keyboard or toy with the mouse all day long. So if you have such a job, make it a point to get up at least every half an hour and stretch your self.

17 years old lose weight fast? -

im 17years old and im 6 ft tall, i started to loose weight i went from 270 to 250 but ive started to not care anymore and its rlly hard for me to stop eating all the good food, what are good ways to stop and good ways to lose more weight? thank you for any help

Good job on the 20 pounds. Try sticking to less than 1800 calories, and after a month go to 1600. I did it slowly, in 7 weeks i went from 2000, to 1800, and now to 1600 and my appetite has deffinatly decreased.For example, i used to be able to eat a whole large pizza alone. Now, i eat 2 medium slices and am very full and satisfied. So slowly cut your calories down to help shrink your stomach. (your actual stomach, not visible abdominals. That will get rid of a lot of cravings. Also,e ach week have a whatever day. Eat something sweet, something fried, just whatever for one meal and a desert. You wont gain weight, and this can help keep you on track.

Balance is the key. Eat small meals, with many (healthy) snacks such as fruit in between. Try to avoid greasy food and fast food. Also, drink lots of water, this usually gives you the feeling of being full thus not eating as often. Also, try to do at least 30-45 min. of aerobic exercise (running, jumping rope, a sport. etc) per day. Good Luck!

write a list of the foods your are and are not wanting to eat. stick to the one snack a day rule. do sit ups, leg lifts, planks, and abb workouts at night. Get involved in athletic activities such as football, soccer, lacross, exc. stick to the more healthier foods like vegetables and fruits. stay away from sugar for a while. workout at the gym and plan a excersice calender.... who knows you could lose 50 lbs. Ummm. Don t eat lol. Umm, eat breakfast in the morning. Don t eat anything after 5.Have dinner and eat until you are full, and then resist.If resiting doesn t work, ask your parents/yourself not to buy any junk food etc.

Cut out sugar, white bread and pasta, this will make you loose weight fast. Walking or bike riding at least 3 times a week will help too.

drink a glass of water before you eat. it will put water in your stomach instead of food. therefore you loose weight.

Exercise and eat healthily. That s all.

don t buy or keep bad food in your house.
