How to lose weight? -

i want to start a healthier life style but how do i keep on track i always seem to workout for a week and then i stop how should or what should i do to stay on track plz help..

i to wanted to lose some weight... i stoped all the big meals.cut out all the fast foods and snacks...i drank a lot of water,, and ate banans,plenty of them all day...about 4 p.m. i would eat a good healthy meal...what ever i wanted.at night i snacked on fresh fruit..except for the first 3 days.i was never hungery.in 150 days i went from 248lbs down to 195lbsi felt great and still do.and 5 months later i weight 198lbs.the weight is staying off. i eat whatever i want.. but i eat about 4or 5 times a day, i did not excrise... out side of working about 8 hrs per day..plenty of walking...on my job...in the united states navy on board ship,, if you become overweight, they will put you on a banana diet. i did this to see if it worked.for me it does..what works for me may not work for you. strong willpower plays a big part in it.. you do not have to consult an expert so you can lose weight.. this applies to about 80 to 90% of this country...it is hard for a lot of people to drop weight.. if you start a program to lose weight,,,you need to keep yourself busy all day.. your mind will not think of food... i am no expert . just know what worked for me..good luckgod bless

I ve lost 55 pounds in 8 months using my own diet. It s low carb and I allow myself to cheat one meal a week. I call it the Cave-man diet. No processed foods. Just meat, vegetables, a little fruit, and plenty of water. Be sure to take a multivitamin a day and take a calcium pill. Keep your first 2-3 weeks at 22 carbs a day or less. I have coffee or eggs or sausage for breakfast, Chicken and vegetables for lunch, a Steak and a salad for supper and I loose weight.

You are very skinny! BUT if you insist on losing weight, just cut your portions down and exercise a lot more.

Dont starve yourself, you should exercise about half an hour daily. You should drink about three cups of low fat milk ever day. Eat healthier foods. Check labels on boxes to see how much fat is in stuff. Only eat an apple for breakfast, and some kind of drink. I dont want to bore you with why this helps, it just does.

you could go running or eat healthy foods, maybe even cut one meal for a day out of the week. i do this in wrestling and usually tend to drop like 5 lbs

its not that hard to loose 5 pounds. all you need to do is crunches. not sit up but crunches. you lay down like you are going to do a sit up. you just use you upper abs you lift your upper body up 2 inches or so.

play sports, exercise ok this is what i doi do 50 pushups, situps, leg lifts, and 50 jumping jacks after i wake up and before i go to sleep. and what i do to gain more muscle is eat a lot of peanut butter or peanuts, chicken, and oatmeal then i run about an hour later to get the carbs off. i hope this helps o yeah im 13 too so it should work for you

Big breakfast, snack, Medium lunch, snack, Small dinner, snack. snacks should be eaten two hours later. Trust me on that one too. always eat breakfast. As long as you keep drinking soda you will have that fat around your stomach.. soda retains fat. exercise atleast 30min each day really you can just walk around or jog. If you want chips go for baked.. if you want fried chicken go for grilled instead. Green Tea is great because it is natural good for you helps you lose weight. To tone up do pushups cardio. Drink as much water as you can each day eat vegetables fruit ofcourse. Don t eat after 7pm. if you get cravings go for something healthy. Making your own pizza btw is tons more healthy than getting one at Pizza Hut or something. As often as possible eat home cooked meals than takeout unless its like Subway or something :) which is my fav. try to have a little variety on your workouts try to keep motivated.. like take a pic or get a pic you really do not like and tape it in your room. What I would try to do is avoid fizzy drinks and fatty food, don t eat for pleasure all the time... eat when you need to. Try and do lots of exercise, and lots of it. Try and run every night and try and increase how fast you run and how far gradually. I tried doing this and I became kind of addicted lol...now its 2 miles every night :D

eat little and often, drink lots of water - fizzy drinks are loaded with sugar sweetners which are really bad for you. find a hobby, something you really enjoy, maybe like taking neighbours dogs for walks? this way you get exercise and you get payed! hope this helps :)

Get you re feet back on the ground mate! You re not overweight, you re actually underweight so there is NO reason for you to lose weight. (geez i d kill to be as skinny as you lol I m 168cm and 60kg) You probably just need to tone up so eat healthily, do some exercise like jogging and circuit training. It ll get some muscle definition on you and you ll look a lot leaner as well as being a lot fitter especially when it comes to the sports carnivals. =)

Okay, if you go jogging or swimming, it will really help a lot. Note: You will not notice the changes in your shape until about two month of doing the daily exercises!!! But if you stop doing the exercises because you don t think that they are working, then you will totally notice the change. That s what I did when I was in Cross Country and I ended up quitting because I couldn t see the difference. But then I totally noticed it when I quit. So just start working out regularly and keep away from the junk food, and you ll do great! :)

153cm and 45kg, your fine the way you are! but if your really serious about this, drink 3litres of water a day, eat healthily and exercise. dont skip out meals, your body needs atleast 1200cals a day to function properly to help you loose weight. i wouldnt reccomend much else, your fine the way you are :)good luck
