Can i lose weight by doing this excersise and diet? -

i have been searching on the internet for a while on how to lose weight untill i found that negative food dont have calories. so if i stay on a negative diet for 2 weeks and eat only negative food , drink plenty of water and excersies 2 hours in a home gym how much will i losei am 12 years old 161 cms

If it doesn t have calories, then it s not food. I ve never heard of negative food before, but it can t exist. Besides, if it doesn t have calories, then what s the point of eating it?

you are 12 years old? wow. i don t know what your weight cms is converted to lbs but i think you should talk to your doctor you are too young to start on crash diets, no one should crash diet but 12...wow.

Can the average human being lose weight faster or gain weight faster? -

I m not asking to hear answers that say it depends on your lifestyle no, im asking what can be done faster on average.Can a human being gain pounds faster than they can lose?

well.....it takes about 2 mins to eat a cake, and about an hour to burn it off! lol!! much much eaiser to gain in my eyes!

I m not fat at all, I just want to get into the best shape that I possibly can by christmas. I m a vegan, and I don t eat bread of any kind or processed sugars, so what I eat is on track... but when it comes to working out, what should i do to get quick results and the best results i can get? i m home schooled so i have all the time in the world to exercise.. what should i do?

situps crunches pushups for toning some light weight lifting (for toning) heavy weights will give bulk to your muscles and girls dont want that (normally) but just look into those sort of things and that should help o and dont forget running/jogging

ok, well i use to be 225 lb when i played football, now im 175 and ripped, what i did, is just worked out, i do 1 hour of weight lifting and 30 minutes on the treadmill, and i usually dont eat after 7, but once in a while ill treat myself to a buffet, or some chinese food, lol good luck, it aint that hard!:)

uh well try lots of cardio and eat realy healthy. Get all ur protein and such. Because doing a lot of cardio can take a lot out of you.

Okay, well how fast you lose weight all depends on how much you weigh at the moment. For example, if you were obese then you d lost weight a lot faster than someone who is an average weight, or just slightly overweight.Don t skip breakfast, if you re gonna skip any meal (which I don t reccommend), skip dinner. It ll make you lose more weight, trust me!It s pretty easy to lose a stone in a few months. For example, I have lost 18lbs since the beginning of January, which is 1 stone and 4lbs.There are simple easy things you ve gotta do which is using less butters and oils whilst cooking, and cutting down on that odd chocolate bar you might have once every few days. Eventually, after a few weeks, aim to not snack at all. Yep, it s really hard but you ve gotta try hard, so think of something that will really motivate you, like thinking about what you could look like after a few months if you stay away from bad foods, and if you do eat it, how bad you ll feel after. Do not EVER eat after 7pm. If you really wanna be good then don t eat after 6pm. But 7pm is the complete latest. It doesn t matter how healthy the snack is, don t eat it. The only thing going into your mouth after 7pm is water.You should also drink lots of water in the day.
