Any good diets to lose weight fast? -

i have heard about the diet 18in4 (lose 18 pounds in 4 days) can someone tell me the diet plan? ori just wanna have a really nice body for the beach...im going to the beach in about three weeks. does anyone know how to lose about 10 pounds in 3 weeks??

ok ..3 weeks somewhat possible. i will help u. Don t eat bread at all any kind of starchy food ..pasta, patatoes. count your calories and fat. If you consume 1000 calories a day u should be able to loose over 6pounds or more. Eat small meals during the day , eat until your not hungry no more not until your full. Include fruits such as apple in between meals. Eat tuna, fish with whole grain rice. Make yourself salads to fill u during the day (many nice vegetables). Get natural oatmeal and boil it it will fill you up when u hungry. Buy yourself V8 juice when u feel fatigued. Put hot spices in your food to speed up your metabolism like tobasco sauce. If u dont lieke fish eat beans the best protein grown from the ground. Try to go runing and stick to this !!

110 pounds is way to small for 5 7. are you sure you dont mean 210. alright well if your wanting to loose weight around your hips and waist you have to do your regular cardio and then there are exercies to do for your hips and waist. sit ups lunges. why dont you try buying an exercise book with pictures in it. if you are only 110 lbs if you tried to loose weight you could have heart problems and you could loose your hair and die. Why dont you try a nutritionist they can help.

If you re 5 7 you don t need to... you drop like 10 pounds you re bmi will be too low and that is really unhealthy. Start going to the gym and eating healthier. It will tone your body without loosing weight. Plus keep yourself hydrated. Hot bod, is better then a skinny one.

dear god, you don t need to lose weight!!! you are 14 years old and you shouldn t be concerned about this--your parents and your doctor should be in on all of these decisions.do not compare yourself to anyone else, especially those sick looking models and other celebraties. my best advice...eat healthy, get some exercise or join a sports team, and get yourself to a counselor...you need to get some guidance on your self image.

your weight is under for ur age but if u want to get ur hips and waist thinner? what u really need to do is exercise. to make what u have firmer or toned what everu want to call it .when i was losing weight after my son was born i dieted a lot and lost so much weight i was 104 pounds what i did was started to eat better and exercise more ( i walked on the treadmill every day for an hour )and went thinner but kept the same weight what i did was made what i had better . fitter .so get in shape is what u need to do dont lose wieght . and if u are going to do anything u need a dr to help u cuz i dont know if this is healthy for u u r underweight so get the dr involved there is a reason people call it dying to be thin

shut up....jk i am the same way but never barf on purpose. i just got sick(not on purpose) i threw up and got sick and lost 10 pounds. i feel so sick and horrible. on wednsday i was 5 6 1/2 and 105 pounds. and now i am 95 pounds. my point is DON T TRY TO MAKE YOUR SELF SKINNY UNNATURALLY IT MAKES YOU FEEL SO SICK!

I am 20 years old and 5 4 and 135 pounds. Last year this time i was 120. All of my fat is in my stomach, back and a little in the arms. My butt and legs are tiny and no fat. they look great cause that isnt where i store fat at. Hi, I have a daughter your age. She was very active in high school, track, basketball, cross country but after graduating she put on about 20lbs. She stopped drinking anything with sugar and drinks mostly water. She has a refillable 36oz bottle she fills through out the day and makes sure she drinks at least 3 full bottles. i jog for about 15 minutes in my apartment i live in a busy, loud downtown area and can t find any comfortable jogging shoes that fit my wide feet.. and i also do about 30 minutes of leg lifts and crunches or sit ups.drink a lot of ice water and eat mints in order to feel full also eat a lot fruit snacks like grapes, berries etconly eat lean stuff for lunch and dinner and walk a lot after eating so that you can walk it off after eating i always try to walk it off, i am trying lose more weight as well for breakfast eat malt o meal, oatmeal, or cream of wheat in order to feel full and to be able to not snack all day till lunch

Somehow losing weight fast just doesn t seem to go together without surgery........ First I would say that you need to get rid of the expectation to lose weight FAST because when you are dieting and exercising and the weight are not coming off, you ll just get frustrated and the next thing u know is heck with the diet........... I guess you can start by moderating your food to smaller portion since cutting out stuff you like out of the blue will be hard...........
