well im 13 and im getting made fun of because of my weight i weigh 10 stone and 9 pounds and its really getting on my nerves i really want to lse weight fast... i ve googled it and i ve found loads and they all say do it slowly but i haven t really got the patience help?..... thanks for your time..

Im 13 also, I have found that diets do not work...Pay Attention, DIETS DO NOT WORK!!!If you diet, your body starts storing more fat in your body to conserve food in case you run out, in the current world that does not happen but it is the bodies natural way to work. You metabolism will stop working and you may gain weight! Do fun activities such as tennis like me. But my personal favorite is Dance Dance Revolution, AKA DDR!DDR is for the WII if you happen to have one, And remember, DIETS DO NOT WORK, and anyone who says different is selling something...Oh yah, when eating bread eat Wheat bread not white!
My best success diet involved 3 things and resulting in losing about 5 pounds a week for several months. Those three things?Balanced diet which including mostly protein and few carbs. I didn t do an Atkins diet by any means, but I just reduced overall amounts of sugars and breads (no soda and no pizza...) I try to eat 3 meals a day so that I snack less. It really helps...Increased my physical activity and exercise. I really enjoy hiking so this was easy for me. I just go to a local parks 4 nights a week and try to walk around for an hour or so. You don t have to become a hard core gym rat to get exercise. Just find something physical you enjoy doing and try to do it more often. Result is burning calories so my body doesn t store them as fat...Using an supplement that increases energy by making body use food I eat rather than storing it. Honestly, I really do not think there is a solution to fast weight loss. Your best bet is to eat smaller portion sizes at least 4 times a day rather than large fatty portions..Also do at least 10min workouts twice per day and then up it from there. The hardest is to stay consistent! But you can do it...
