If i eat 200 cals per day will i lose weight fast? -

i need to lose weight fast how much weight will i lose if i about eat 200 cals per day??no stupid answers:(

No.200 cals/ day won t even be enough to get your body to function. You ll basically end up looking anorexic and die. Furthermore, your body will think that you re starving and go into super-preservation mode, and it ll do its best to not burn fat. It ll start burning your muscles first, mostly because it needs protein to survive, and your muscles are full of animo acids.You re better off doing moderate exercises and diets.

If you eat only 200 cals a day you will burn yourself out, i would recommend working out how many you eat a day now by keeping a food diary for a few days, if you eat more than 2000 (woman) 2500 (man) then drop it down to 1700 per day as a man and 1200 for a woman and no less, this way you still get all vital vitamins and minerals but eat less than your body needs calorie wise, also try doing 30 mins of cardio exercise each day this will boost metabolism and burn fat. If however you are already very slim i wouldn t recomened sliming further as the complications from being underweight can be very serious and result in death. 200 Cals a day is not a safe amount of food to be eating !

How to lose weight fast? -

um ive been on a diet and i know this isnt healthy but its working i wake up and i think positive that im losing weight then i dont eat anything thru at the day at all until dinner and when dinner comes i eat very bit i only eat salmon and probably 2 pieces of fruit and i drink 1 gallon of water a day and everytime im done eating dinner i swim laps for 1 hour and so far im losing weight like crazy and i feel alot thinner and my clothes are fitting me really good in the 3 to 4 day and i feel very light. SO just give me any advice of what im doing if its wrong or right and can you give me some better adivce

Well, the only thing you re really doing wrong is going without food for too long. When you do that, you slow down your metabolism. If that happens then your weight loss slows, not only for this particular diet, but for any other diet you re on for the next several years. Don t mess with the metabolism. yes it is working nowand yeah i ve done it before toothe reason your body s losign the weight so fast is because your metabolism has sped up because you ve changed your diet but once your metabolism has got used to this you ll stop losing weight because your body will be tired and it will hold onto all the calories so eventually you ll sto being so positive and you wille nd up bingeing and i know this is not what you want to hear but it s truei mean its not been proven that you re doing your body any harm over short period of time for a quick fix but it s a lot better to loose weight the healthy way in the long term :)
