How do you lose weight fast yet healthy? -

I want to know how fast I could lose around 70 pounds (my doc is ok with it)

Fast and healthy should not be in the same sentence.What ever is fast you can pretty much guarantee it is not healthy....

The faster you lose the weight, the faster it will come back on...and it brings friends along. Also, losing weight too quickly will let you with loose, flabby skin hanging. Take your time. Change your habits. If your doc is OK with it, then ask him/her what is recommended. I highly recommend checking into Weight Watchers programs...either online or in meetings. You can lose it faster, but not healthier.

All i can tell u is w/ lots of excercise (but not 2 much) and the rite foods (Nutrigrain Bars lo-fat foods and treats) u shood shed sum xtra pounds in no time:-)

and what is your height?why are you obsessed with your weight at the age of 12 anyway?If you re interested in losing weight make sure is for health reasons not vanity (looks, impressing people, etc.) i ve been overweight my entire life and i m FINALLY taking the step to lose weight as heart disease and diabetes runs in both sides of my family, and i don t want to die a young age (i m only 18)if you truly want to lose the weight, workout at least an hour a day. if you re not much of an active person, lift weights on the couch while watching your favorite show, and then get up and take a walk after dinner. Watch what you eat, don t consume 2 candy bars everyday, make it more of a treat for your accomplishments at the end of the week. Eat more, but smaller, meals throughout the day. If dinner is your biggest problem, drink water, or have a small salad before your dinner to fill you up so you don t stuff yourself.I aim to tell you how to lose weight naturally and safe. if thats not your style then i m sorry. i won t tell you to take drugs, because they don t work (i ve tried). the only way is to incorporate a proper diet that you can keep with you your entire life (not drastic grapefruit diet , only water , strarving yourself crap) and a proper amount of exercise. don t strain yourself, but don t make it easy. thats all i can say
