Ok first, there is no way to lose weight quickly (unless of course you want to have some serious health issues. All of the diet pills/supplements that you see on tv/ net are CRAP! Do NOT use them. It may seem like a good idea, but it is truly a grave disappointment. Eat healthy (when I say eat healthy I mean eat healthy!) Weight loss is a combination of regular exercise and a good diet/ appetite for organic food.
