I need to know how to lose weight, as I am physically restricted, suggestions please? -

I have back problems, torn muscles, osteoarthritis, bad feet and fibromyalgia amongst other things. I attend a gym and water exercise at the local rehab centre and do what I can do which is very restricted, but my weight keeps climbing. I need to know what to eat that will assist me in loosing weight. I believe that one of my medications can cause weight gain, which I do think adds to my less than active lifestyle. I can t go for walks as I only get 50 mtrs and end up with shocking pain in one part of my body or another. I only get to walk one block around the shops and have to stop. If I don t I will suffer for several days without any activity. Pain is a vicious cycle. Please help, I am almost 100kg, and only 160cm short.

Make sure 45-65 percent of you calories comes from carbohydrates ( preferably whole grain). make sure less than 30% in fat and you are consuming 60g of protien a day.
