Heey I m 13 and weight 54 kg I used to be 60 but dropped all of that!!!What I did was eat some thing for breakfast lunch ( no recess) and then some thing for dinner I also excersie in the morning for and hour then an hour in the afternoon Xx. Eat healthy and get fitHope I helped

Go puke or don t eat that s the only fast way but don t seriously do that. Or be patient and don t eat so much foods with alot of calories be active go on walks every day jump on a trampoline core exercises are the best google that.

stop drinking pop and juice, drink water only. eat healthily and get out and be active! you re still growing so try not to worry about it so much. i know it s hard, but try. keep working out and eating your veggies instead of chips and stuff. good luck!

Hi,everybody wants to lose weight. It s something you need to be determined with, you cant just wake up and say I want to lose weight then poof, it s gone. So if your determined, lets do it.Don t buy 1000 exercise tapes and equipment, just jog and eat less. If you have cravings chew gum. Out door running! Im 5 11 and 14 years old but i bench 200. I weigh 225. I started running every day and lost 15 pounds in two weeks Im running 3 miles a day. Just work up to it. If u have somewere very hot to run go there. Im in texas its 102 in the afternoon and I run in it. Football is also a great option

I still want to eat. . .and I will exercise. Elliptical or exercise bike 50-60 min a day. Low fat, low cals, etc. i have been stressed and I have added a lot of weight and now that is stressing me out. I hate myself for gaining.

Give yourself time! If you are eating healthy and doing 50-60 minutes a day of cardio you are doing all the right things.Don t feel guilty for gaining weight! It happens!You want to be losing about 1-2 lbs a week of pure fat. If you lose more than this, it means you are losing muscle. Muscles are what help you burn fat and lose weight that will stay off. You need to keep them around!Just keep working at it and be patient with yourself. You re doing great.

well its a lot easier to put on weight than it is to lose, you need to get the doctor phil weight lose book, my mom used it. and she went from a size 18 to 12 s in just a few months. your suppose to change your eating habits for good, not just diets cause lol diets dont work. they really dont and they dont work cause they are so hard to stick to.and my mom paid like 20.00 for the book.

write down everything you eat (and the amount of calories) normally for a few days. then cut your calories to around 1,200-1,400 a day. and continue to write every thing down.cut out junk food, fast food, and bad sugars. cut out carbs, pasta, white bread, potatoes... anything white.instead use whole grains, and and fruits as your crabs.eat lean protein like chicken, and fish. plenty of veggies. and only drink water. at least 8 cups a day.then exercise. cardio work outs for 1 hour every other day

Follow this routine strictly, and I assure you to lose at least 2 lbs a week. I ve lost up to 4.5 lbs.1. Wake up early, and drink a glass - small bottle of cold water on an empty stomach, this will cause your body to increase your core body temperature, and therefore burning calories.2. Once you ve had your cold water, wait for about 30 - 50 minutes before you have breakfast. I recommend you have a bowl of low fat cereal with skimmed (no fat!) milk.3. Exercise!!
