How to lose weight quickly? -

im 13 and i weigh about 150 pounds i need to lose weight i can give up junk food but my mom keeps telling me its not enough its not enough and that sort of brings me down so i need some tips on other ways to lose weight

I m sorry that your mother is pressuring you like that, my mother does the same thing.First off, don t let her or anyone else get to you. Remember you are beautiful. If you let anyone keep bringing you down, it will hurt and you will do something that you wish you hadn t. Trust me, I was suffering from bulimia from always being criticized.Secondly, you can t rush loosing weight, it takes time and if you rush, it will hurt your body and not help you at all. Since you are 13, it won t help with growing and maturing.Thirdly, cut out the junk food, if you really want to eat that cookie, taste it, but that s it. Just take a very small piece of it and eat it, but that s it. Once you can control yourself, eat an apple instead. Or a banana or orange. Anything that is natural and has a lot of color. Vegetables are good too.NEVER skip breakfast, if you do your metabolism actually slows down and you can actually gain weight or not loose it at all.Don t eat past 8, unless you haven t eaten because you were too busy then of course you should eat and not starve yourself.Drink lots of water (about 2-3 water bottles everyday), no soda. If you want juice go right ahead, but don t drink it everyday.And exercise. Yes, one of the hardest things to do. Haha. But seriously, I joined the city soccer team and lots 20 lbs. Crazy yes? But you don t have to join a team or a fitness club. You can go take an hour walk at the park, go jogging or biking with your friends. And if you go running, run with a friend. When you run, if you aren t able to talk to your friend, you are running to fast, and if you can keep talking really fast, then you are going to slow.Exercise doesn t have to be dreadful, enjoy it.You can even do 20 crunches in before going to sleep and after waking up. Maybe 10 push ups as well. And slowly increase.Good luck. And remember, you are doing this for yourself, and for no one else. 3

One good way is to cut out all sugar - which won t be unhealthy and cut out all soda and juices - stick to water only. However, you do need to be very careful because you are still young and growing and maturing. You have to make sure that you are getting enough nutrients and are being smart. You have to eat enough and be healthy or you could damage your body and end up gaining more weight because your body is reacting. You should exercise 3x a week and eat plenty of veggies and get your vitamins. Sleeping at least 8 hours a night also helps w/ weight loss and management becuase when you dont get enough sleep you gain extra weight. Just be healthy.

Pilates is another great, low impact way to get your abs and waistline back in shape. Also, are you breastfeeding? That is one of the best ways to get your belly down after giving birth. Plus, it uses up calories. However, if you overcompensate for your lost calories by eating too much, you will gain weight. As far as your diet is concerned, try to eat 5 or 6 small, healthy meals a day because this will keep your metabolism going. Also, try to choose healthy options that are high in whole grains and protein and low in sugar and fat. You can indulge in some not-so-healthy things but watch your portions. I know that it is so hard to find the time and energy to work out once you have a new baby. Just make sure to find at least 10 minutes here and there to work out. I lost all my muffin top and it turned into bones, when i started eating Figs. Yea i dont know why, but I ate Figs and bananas all day long.

To be honest with u, there is no way to can lose 10-15 pounds of FAT in 2.5 weeks. It s impossible.If you do step on your scale and it reads that u lost that kind of weight, you have lost water weight, which consists of water and not fat, therefore you will not see a physical difference, which is what you care about.Your best bet is to eat healthy foods like fruits, veggies, fish, skinless chicken breast, oatmeal, egg whites, brown rice etc. You should also exercise as much as you can before that day comes by doing a lot of cardio and light weights.good luck

here are some tips that can make you loose weight quickly. Stop eating meat and eat salad and health foods and most importantly DRINK LOTS OF WATER. dont drink soda it has too much sugar. On top of that run 1 or 2 miles a day. Or excerise for an hour like the eliptical or bicycle. I did this for a few weeks and the pounds shed off.
