actually you can lose weight by not exercising, but I need to emphasize that exercising is the best way to start losing weight fast. Have you heard of fatloss4idiots, it is basically a program the tell you what to eat and as a result you will start losing weight fast. 9 pounds every 11 days. It is similar to nutri-sytem but a lot cheaper!I highly suggest you check into it. You can read the reviews on it as well as other helpful dieting routines. I personally have found that exercising is the best way to start losing weight fast. You simply need to start off slow because if you don t you will get burnt out and quit. Well in 45 days, that s about a month. Just tell him to eat healthy, exercise regularly, and do the best he can to not eat to much sweets and other desirables. You can lose a nice bit of weight, but make sure he doesn t starve himself. That causes you to gain even more weight. Just tell him it takes time and he needs to take it slow to prevent anything bad from happening.
drink a lot of waterand try to eat a lot of fiberand work out hard or either sweat a lot or get a tan and spend some time at the beach. idk if he ll lose that weight in that amount of time but he ll certainly look slimmer
this is what i do i drink lots of h20 and eat healthy foods fruits and veggies eat turkey meet not hamberger meet . drink lots and lots of h20 thats the key eat evry three hours stay away from soda and suger excersise!!!!!!!!!
