I want to lose weight and I want to weight 100 pounds.? -

I am 5 4 and I weight 140 pounds and I want to lose 40 pounds and I don t want any one telling me that its not healthy I need to lose weight. I don t like the way I look and I want to know some good diets. I want to weight 100 pounds. I want to lose weight fast in like a month.

you re right, at 5 4, 100 pounds isn t that healthy, but as you also said, you don t care about what others say regarding this. however, the 40 pounds you are planning to lose should not be done so in only a month s time. i lost over 30lbs in around 3, 3 1/2 months. you should probably expect at least this long if you want to stay healthy. exercise daily, i suggest running, and watch food intake; including, calories, fat, sugar, carbs, etc. don t eat less than 1200 calories a day. one day soon take an hour out of your schedule to go to the supermarket to stock up on fruit, vegetables, yogurt, and other healthy choices. rid your pantry of the bad foods. if you live with people who aren t very health conscience, clear out a shelf in the fridge for your food only. also, consider taking a multi-vitamin everyday. basically, if you want to lose weight you have to change your lifestyle. hope i helped, good luck.

I understand you might want to lose a little weight, but I don t understand why you want to be 100lb? Is it because the other girls your age weigh around this? Remember they may not have started developing yet and they may also be shorter and/or have smaller frames and less muscle mass. You don t need to weigh 100lb to look good. It s your body fat you want to be worried about and at 100lb you may not have enough body fat to keep your body well. You don t want to end up harming your body, do you? By this I mean you could make your bones weak, your skin will look unhealthy, you might end up feeling tired all the time and it could even effect your periods. These are things you don t want to happen, so be more realistic and aim to be no less than 110lb - 120lb. You can t lose more than 10lb in a month, if you do lose more, you won t be losing fat, only muscle and that is not good. Good luck : )

well if you run you could lose like 30 calories and swimming you lose 30 calories It depends on what you do like if you do sports healthy things. Be healthy is another thing like eating fruits and vegetables and not eating any junk food. It depends if you like to be active or not. Because if your not your just going to get fatter. Sorry but that s the truth. Any way I don t eat at breakfast or lunch and I only eat under or 500 calories or less. You should try it you lose like alot of pounds in just one month. I lost like twenty pounds in one month just by being on a strict diet. You should try it if you like it ok if not try some thing else. weight watchers help also.

If an overweight person was doing a lot of cardio...at least 45 minutes at least 6 days a week, and even toning exercises like 3-4 times a week for 20 minutes, eating healthy, and drinking lots of water will they lose more weight than someone who is doing the same routine that is already at an average weight? Also, what if you go from doing nothing at all....literally..no exercise, no healthy foods, then to this routine? Will your body lose weight faster?

You are wayyy wayy to thin for your height and age. I am 14, 4 11 and I m 100 pounds, and I m normal. Go to a doctor and make sure you aren t having eating disorders. Fatten yourself up, you aren t fat at all! Don t lose weight!

That would be good for you. In which case, you would need more exercise than 4 miles a week. You need at LEAST 30 minutes of cardio every other day, plus weight training.
