Is this a healthy weight loss plan???HELP!!!? -

I want to loose some weight so I ll tell you about my plan. I m 5 3 and 110 pounds. First your all gonna say your weight is fine well I m chubby so I need that chubbiness to go away thats the only reason I m loosing weight. Everyday for 30 minutes I will exercise on the gazelle machine. I will walk 1 hour and 30 minutes everyday. I ll eat healthy by eating more fruits. I m gonna low calories foods. Everyday I eat 2000 calories but I want to eat about 1200 to 1500 calories everyday. How can I do that because I get really hungry after a while so I need tips to control my hunger. What foods can I eat that are low calories and will keep me full. Are there any other things I should do on my plan?

Because you will be exercising so much, you will not need 1200-1500 claories, you will need at least 2000. I play sports year around and I know thta I need at least 2000, or I will not be getting the nutrition I need. The fruits are a good idea though, and remember to drink lots of water!

You have to change something if you want to lose weight. Do some weight training and drink so extra water.

That what I m going to try to do. I m not fat but I would like to loose weight. I don t know how to control my calories I eat whatever, but I don t eat candy unless there is some in the house which is like rare. That sounds like a good plan to me ! In school my health teacher told us to go on this site....[listed in sources] it will help you balance your diet. Tell you what is right to eat for you and stuff.also if you eat a lot of junk food, STOP.I threw my away and when you are craving it just have like a little piece of candy or a chip (:

I am looking to lose 80 pounds and my son wants to lose 25. We are both physically fit otherwise but running is out until we lose the weight. Walking is no problem and we just purchased a gazelle. I d love to join an online fitness guru but don t believe in credit cards. Please send us your recipes and any tips you have. We love to swim and will be going to the public pool also.Thank you.

Drink lots of water. If you can decrease pasta and rice portions by half and fill the rest of the plate with steamed veggies.Dont keep junkfood in the house. If you want ice cream, can you walk to the place to get it? I find if I tell myself that, I usually dont even want it by the time Im there.As far as joining an online thing, just buy a visa check card. You can use it online like a credit card but there are no bills and you control how much is on it.Also check out dwlz.com. for free chat and tips. Cliche I know but... Keep up with your exercising, (everything helps) and just keep a healthy balanced diet. Eat in moderation (that even includes carbs, sugar, fats etc) Its all good, in MODERATION!if you get into fad diets and fast weight loss your not doing your body any good at all and it wont benefit you in the long run.

losing weight is 70% diet and 30% exercise. my suggestion is to take up running (treadmill or outside) for 30 - 45min everyday. and replace all junk food with healthy greens, moderations of protein, and drink lots of water

This diet soup is nonsense - It is not safe and was not devised a nutritionist. You are not fit if you are overweight. I do not have any weight to lose (115 this am) so I may be your best bet for an answer you can live with. For breaskfast I eat oatmeal, a hard cooked egg, a softboiled egg, or a frozen waffle. Some combination of carbs and protein. I also drink tomato juice. For the rest of the day: I eat all day long every 2-3 hours. I eat a lot of soup, fish, veggies, and sweet snacks are usually fruit.EDIT Somebody doesn t like my answer. OH WELL

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day8 glasses of waterhave complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energyhave lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs musclecardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight trainingdont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Is ephedra completely illegal or do any weight loss products contain it? -

it s illegal now in the US.. not sure about canada or other countries.i used to take Xenadrine w/ephedra but now they only make it without!what a shame because it really worked!i have a new weight loss pill that i take now.. it s working really well and you don t feel too hyper like Xenadrine used to make me feel.email me if you want to know the name of the new pill. they re cheap only $25 a bottle for a month supply.hotnicks_nj@yahoo.com

DO NOT use anything with ephedra, you re asking for a death sentence. My girlfriend used a product with ephedra about 3 years back and ended up in the hospital. It makes your heart beat extremely fast so its a large possibility to get a heart attack while working out. I know of two cases where both people died working out. I really urge you NOT to try to get ephedra. It s asking for a death sentence.

What are some excercises and weight loss tips for a 13 year old? -

I m 13, and i want to have a flatter stomach and a smaller waist by summer. I weigh 130 pounds, and am 5 1. I ve been eating healthier for awhile, but I havent been seeing results.What are some simple excercises to help burn of excess weight around my stomach? what are some tips?any advice will help.thank you in advance.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weightevenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight inspecific areas, you should target them with exercises. Go swimming or a swimming club with a coach.. it really really helps. i lost a lot of weight from swimming and plus it is very relaxing and fun!u can free style, butterfly, backstroke, and many things and you can become a really good swimmer!or go the gymor run

In order to lose weight, you have to exercise a nice amount each day. You don t have to catch a workout video, though. They can be boring. Running, dancing, or playing a sport is the best way to do it because you re having fun at the same time. Walking for 30 minutes a day helps too. Just make sure your constantly moving during your exercise and get your heart rate up.Also, making changes in your diet will help too. They don t have to be huge changes. Instead of depriving yourself of something you really want to eat, just eat a little proportion of it so you can taste it and be satisfied. Try eating fruits or pretzels at random times during the day between meals so you won t feel as hungry when you start eating again (because then you tend to overeat). And, believe it or not, if you chew your food a lot more it can help lose weight! If you chew it down to a mesh instead of just swallowing chunks it will process faster in her system, so it won t sit there and accumulate as much fat.Once you start to lose weight, you might see that your skin is a little lose, mainly around the arms or some excess skin on your belly. To fix that, just tone them with weights and sit ups. Do a little each day and you should be satisfied.Also, try to stay away from diet pills. Seriously, most of them are just caffeine and not worth it. Plus, it won t be healthy for a 13 year old. If you want to try something, though, the only one I would recommend is Alli because it s the only weight loss pill you can get over the counter that s FDA approved. But even when taking Alli, you have to continue to eat right or you will have to go to the bathroom a lot and oil will come out instead of poop!
