How to lose Weight to make your body look good? -

Okay i no how to lose weight like exercise and stuff but like what type of exercise to tighten your legs and stuff like that,, like i want exercises that helps my whole body, and what types of food to eat and not eat. i am in Weight watchers and stuff but i need help. thanks.

How to lose weight on my legs? -

I need to lose weight on my thies and calves. I cant run outside because i live on a really busy street, i can t use weight loss videos because my mom doesnt approve of them and I have to eat what she makes. I can however do pretty much any other exercise. oh and i cant use like treadmills and stuff like that...? PLease help me! i feel so big, because ya know those real short girls. Im tall, and slim comes with short..... please please help!

How to lose weight without jogging and dieting? -

I am 40 and 173cm, my weight is 71Kg.

Are you trying to specifically avoid jogging, or exercise in general? I you don t want to diet or exercise, the only way of I know to lose weight is diet medications or fat burners, which can cause health problems in certain people.You could also try to increase your consumption of water, which will help you to burn more calories while at rest, curb appetite and give a very slight boost to your metabolism. I would recommend doing some type of exercise routine, even if it s just light weights or walking/biking around your neighborhood to help boost your metabolism before I would tell you to use fat burners. As far as a diet goes, perhaps you can just try to make better choices, rather than reducing your overall intake of food. You can still feel full after a home cooked meal of lean meat and veggies - just as if you ate a big plate of food at a restaurant. However you consume considerably less fat, oils, and cholesterol. When I think of dieting , I think of reducing your intake of food so that you re always hungry. You can feel just as full and energized while also making better low fat choices. Good Luck!

I really need to lose weight fast to feel motivated... for the last months i ve been eating heatly, i have a really well balanced diet and working out, i used to jog/walk for 1/2 hr and circuit training for another 1/2... and i didnt see any result, i did that for almost three months and i dont feel motivated. I wanna know how to lose weight fast and then i m gonna be able to be healty... im not that fat really, im 5 7 and weight like 125 lbs, but i look fat, trust me... i just wanna lose like 10 lbs and i ll be happy.. please tell me one trick that works!! im desperate...

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu s even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

I am 5 7 and weigh 165. You are not fat! But I will check back. I really need to lose some weight. (I have also had 3 c-sections in 7 years).

Girl, that s thin for your height. I think you ve got a distorted body image. Maybe you don t need to lose weight, you just need to tone your muscles, try doing weight lifting and cardio exercises intermittently.

Just get a friend to lose weight with you. You may not lose weight faster but, you will be motivated and you can motivate each other.

i know what you mean, i have been using hydroxicut, it gives me allot of energy and i have started seeing results already, (i have been using it for about a week and lost 8pounds) The pills are plastic coated so They are easy to swallow. I also take my son on a walk in the morning and do a few exercises. (m,w,f abs and t and th legs, walking 30-45 min 3 days a week)...

You obviously have a distorted body image if you are telling the truth about your weight. I think you really need some counseling, sorry.

there is NOOOOO short cuts to loose weight and keep the weight off.You can t loose fat fast. It that was the case everyone would be fit and skinny. eat right, cut sugar and fat from your diet including white flour. Run, not walking but running for at least 30 minutes at medium intensity ( i.e a mile in 10 minutes). Lift weights and stop obsessing about how fat you are. The moment you loose 10 pounds you are going to want to loose more....that my friend is dangerous.

Well to loose wieght from your bottom, there are many exercises but the two basic ones are squats and lunges.These two exercises are king in shaping and toning the butt,hips, and thighs. In addition to that, you need to train and workout out your upper hamstrings and glutes so these muscles can push out the surrounding layer of fat around your booty giving it a plump apperance that sticks out.Now there are a variety of squat and lunge exercises and this site I will put at the end has all the exercises in detailed instructions with motion illustrations that will accomplish you getting the plump look. Now this website has many exercises but I have picked out a hand-full for you to do that will work best for you. On the page under barbell in the Gluteus Maximus, do the front squat, lunge, rear lunge, and the walking lunge. You can try and do all the ones under the dumbbell section. There are a few exercises under the hip abductors and flexors so only do the first or second one. Now all these exercises involve using some type resistance such as free weights, barbell, or cable weights.You can also use resistance bands if you have some. The weights increase the intensity of the exercise so you will tone up the muscle fibers (the slow twitch mainly and the fast twitch). I��ve had a weight problem all my life, and it��s been so discouraging. After the kids leave for school, I exercise for about a half an hour. I walk a few blocks to the post office, instead of driving. When I��m at a strip mall, I walk to a store at the other end, instead of driving, and then walk back to my car.My kids keep me pretty active, also. I go up and down the stairs all day long at home, and that��s good exercise, too.I��ve tried diet programs, diet patches, every diet scam under the sun, but I just can��t seem to lose weight.
