I believe that exercising is the most healthy way for you to lose weight. Those pills that you see on tv are very unhealthy for you. If you look online or ask a trainer near by about an exercise program you would be surprised on how non-time consuming it can be. It would probably only take 15-30 minutes out of your daily schedule.

you don t lose weight fast, sorry, but here s the reality to follow, from me my experience.The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. besides all the regular advice that everyone gives, I will tell you about a report I recently read. It stated that the SMELL of bananas and apples help with weight loss. Its not the eating of them, its the smell. I read about it on a science site. Don t know if it works, but probably worth a shot.

There are many things that can help you lose weight, but I think the biggest difference starts from within. Instead of thinking of going on a diet, make a lifestyle change - permanantly! I m not saying cut all the great guilty pleasures from life, but more of less control them and have self dicipline. Cut back on eating, only eat when you re hungry, and eat lots of dairy and veggies. Also, exercise a lot! But don t exercise too much, and eat too little. Swimming is the best exercise there is, no debate!

Basically, just try to stick to 1000 calories a day. Treadmills suck when it comes to burning calories unless your going fast or going uphill without holding on. You should do about 45 min of cardio 5x a week and keep it at 1000 calories and you will see results after a few weeks. Also, dont stick to the treadmill for more than a month, try to switch up your cardio, meaning do treadmill or a month, then elliptical, then stairmaster, etc...

Fast weight loss is really not ideal. Unfortunately the biggest loser has given us this unreal concept that if we dont lose 4, 6 or 10 kilos a week (9,13 or 22 pounds a week) then we have failed. It should be a slow process 1-2 kilos (2.2-4.4 pounds) a week. I ve been a obese basically my entire life. I ve tried plenty of diets in the past, but none seem to work. I don t want to have to do a drastic diet, but it seems to be one of the last options.
