Talk to your dr before doing anything else. they can give you the info you need for diet and exercise
-applauds-that was for wanting to do it the healthy way :Dbut, you could talk with your doctor to get a diet/exercize program thats right for you.
start slowly.cut out regular sodas and those caloried laden coffee drinks.drink at least 8 glasses of water.exercise a little bit at a time. park your car further away from the mall or from work. take the stairs instead of the elevator. and don t use the remote control for the tv. it sounds stupid but it will force you up.my food tip. don t eat in front of the TV or the computer. sit down. don t stand up. sit down and drink a glass of water before you even start to eat. eat slowly. chew things up more than usual.and talk to your doctor. see if he/she can recommend a nutritionist.
u can eat a healty food or do a healthy diet dont to pushed by didnt eat anything, stop eat junk food and do light cardio
Cant never could do nothing, you got to want to do it.
I have the same problem.I joined Weight Watchers online on their website and it works great if you follow it. It is not hard at all.I am on the core program (you can choose one of two different programs) and basically we eat 5 servings of fruit and vegitables a day. We also drink a lot of water. It works.Go to www.weightwatchers.com.It costs about $16 a month. Ask your parents if they will pay for you to join and tell them you are worried about your health. Good luck honey, I know how hard it can be to gain weight.
Eat better foods instead of grabbing whatever you see first. Make wise choices =] you will succeed! Oh and be sure to drink water to clean out your body.
Kudos for wanting to go about managing your weight in a healthy way. First, get your parents on board with you. They can help by keeping healthy food in the house and being a support system for you. BECAUSE, if your doctor s response to you wanting to take care of your high levels of bad cholesterol was You re pretty you need a new doctor. Try finding a sport you like, a way that you can exercise and enjoy it. Remember, not everybody is destined to be a size 2 so if you are eating healthfully and exercising, you should be able to avoid health problems in the future.
The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice.
