I want to lose 20 pounds.? -

i want to lose 20-30 pounds. can anyone suggest any good weight loss tips??

Cut out foods like crisps, cake, chocolate etc.Never have 2nds at a meal. That just doubles the calories!Drink lots of water with your meals to help you feel satisfiedEat loats of fruit and vegetables. Keep a bag of chopped carrots in the fridge ready for when you feel you need a snack. Never get hungry. That always leads to overeating. If you want to eat, eat. Just make sure it s something healthy.Keeping a diary of what you eat is also a good step as it helps you recognise where your weaknesses are and what you need to work on.Most importantly, don t give up. burn off what you eat :) but dont undereat cause you ll gain weight that way, so eat healthy. drink lots and lots of water. jump rope :) it s great. anyways yeah dont eat after 6pm. and really just make sure to burn off what you eat. Good Luck!

one main thing is eating your dinner earlier so that your body has time to burn off those calories before you sleep

I have tried EVERY pill out there... none of the worked for me. So I started weight watchers. I ve been on it for 10 days and have lost 7lbs. If you really want to lose the weight, counting points isn t that bad... Good luck to you.

Here are some tips that have served me well:eat slowly/chew more than normal(you will enjoy the food and you will *poop* it out of your system faster- which is good!)put your fork or spoon down (that means on the table!) in between bitesuse a smaller than usual utensil or even a straw for drinks and yogurtdrink water throughout the day. no excuses.don t sit in front of the TV(studies say people who eat while watching TV will eat more than people somewhere free of stress)count your calories. its not as horrible as it seems!put lots of effort into preparing it(don t just open a wrapper and dig in)** if i am eating at home and not on-the-run, i will take my yogurt (for example) and spoon it into a glass dish and make it look pretty. for some reason, i enjoy it moredon t feel obligated to fill your plate or swipe it clean at a restaurant. you won t be wasting food because you could always carry it out. you ll actually save money because the leftovers could make a good lunch the next daydon t eat past 8:00 (if you go to bed at ten)watch portion sizescut your food. no need to take ginourmous bites. it doesn t look right and this rule goes back to the prepare rule. cut it up nicely so the presentation is nice.

You could go walking, use your machines, dont do the same thing everyday..gets boring..makes you want to stop. How are you getting protein being vegan? You are healthier than you think if you are vegan

its all about wat you eat!! Dont take in you many calrise! because thats dont going to help! whatever you eat try to burn it off! Workout in the morning if you can and at night for like and hour! walk run places n stead of talkin a ride! Join a sport and get friends n it! it will make it fun!

this may sound crazy but stay cold-and u r an insperation! i was a vegitarian but only for a week-i lsot 3 pounds which i loved!and when u stay cold ur body works harder to get warm thus,burning calories and dont workout in the morning i heard it isent good for ur heart-it works it too hard trying to get everything ready for the day ahead-May God bless u!

well you need to get protein some how whether you eat a piece of fish or something. stay away from junkfood, that must be it because if your vegan what can you be eating that makes you over weight, why don t you become a healthen meaning you stay away from unhealthy foods. go on a 30 min. walk or run every day that will help you lose weight.

You really won t lose too much weigh all at once, but eat healthy (loads of fruits and water too), limit on how much sugar you eat, use your exercise equipment daily (a different equipment each day), know what vegetables are really, really good for you, and maybe you could get a food pyramid and keep it with you or something like that.Good luck hun.

Believe it or not walking or just jogging around the block a few times really helps.Just do it everyday for about 30 minutes. Or treadmill. =]

Ok so i ve been a vegetarian for about a year so i m still pretty new to the diet and i m kinda going crazy trying to figure out how to get the right nutrition and what not. I m trying to lose weight, 20 lbs to be exact. I hate working out so aside from taking the stairs and walking to campus, it s not gonna happen. I tried sticking to mostly fruits and vegetables but it gets boring because there is not much variation. It s also not very filling. Can anyone offer some low-cal meal ideas that still offers the nutrients needed in a veggie diet?

You need to take some form of exercise otherwise you will loose very little weight through diet alone. Walk, run, take a class. Cut out cheese, deep fried things and sugar. Make veggie stews, lentil bakes, omlettes with vegetables and salads.

I ll start it off with.... solo dance parties Laughing Cow light cheese frozen grapes and Kanye West/ Lil Wayne musicAnd....GO

Keep at least an hour a day set aside for a quick workout. Start with stretching for 15 minutes and then work into the harder things like crunches, pushups, leg lifts, ect. And when it s warm out, go for a 1-2 mile jog. If you have a treadmill, then even better!Keep a healthy diet. Have a nice breakfast with Special K cereal, a glass of milk, and a piece of fruit. Have a nice lunch. Not a big one though, lunches are supposed to be small-sized. Then you can have a big dinner. Keep your diet full of meats, dairy, vegies, and fruit. Throughout the day you should have a water bottle at your side. Have a gronola bar in between each meal, too. (you don t want to starve)My motivation is knowing that I look beautiful and healthy.Hope it helps!
