Simple ways to lose weight fast? -

no, i don t mean throwing up or anything like that, i mean like smart foods to eat, exercises to do, etc. i m going to florida in june, and i d really love to tone up, i play lacrosse right now and so it s not like i m in shape, i just need some guidelines to get myself into that bikini body!thank you so much to all that answer!

I am 12, (you can see from title) I am 155cm and 51kg (please convert it yourself if you please).People say my weight is fine for my height, but i have lots of belly fat. i don t want to lose much, just 5 kg. and please no gym, or sit ups or push ups.

Maybe you should get off the computer and do some kid stuff.

You are 12 years old. Right now you have whats known as puppy fat. heh me and you are similar we dont rlly like fruits and stuff. Instead what you should do is start doing cardio workouts such as running or jogging (which ever is better for you). These will help you lose weight the fastest but it WILL take a while beffore you can actually see results maybe a few weeks or months depending on how much you do.

The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. That means a healthy LEAN diet and exercise, exercise, exercise.Realistically, losing 20-30 pounds in two months is quite dangerous. Losing ten pounds in 2 months is pushing it. You need to face facts - you ve waited a bit too late too get healthy in your time frame.Sorry, but there are no quick fixes.

Lots of cardio! Run every night, and eat lot of fruits, boiled eggs and plain chicken salads. Also eat 5 small meals during the day instead of 3 big ones. Good luck!

The easiest way is to stick to a diet program like Jenny Craig or weight Watchers, because it is simple and already prepared. Just add some exercises or 3 walks a week to it and you are on your way.
