Will eating a lot of foods with fiber help me lose weight? -

I hardly ever have to go to the bathroom, unless I take in something without of fiber.I m trying to lose 5lbs also,so will taking in fiber more, which will probably help my digestive system work better, help me lose weight faster or easier?If you other tips on losing weight, it will be much appreciated if they re shared :)thanks.

Watch what you eat for three days and eat no more than 2 or three real carbs- bread, rice, cereal, etc per day. Increase movement. If your not an exerciser, park the car further away, take the stairs, and drink plenty of water. You should be able to lose anywhere between 2-6 pounds. I am 6 1 280 lbs i am very solid just want to drop 20-30 lbs i am a gym member and workout 7 days a week i do alot of cardio, about 20 mins on treadmill @ 4 mph at a steep incline and use the bicycle for 15 mins at a heavy level so there is alot of resistance, i work about 20-25 mins weight training just started two weeks ago, lost about 7 lbs, i eat oatmeal for breakfast and salad for lunch(minimal dressing and cheese) No Breads at all!Please any seggestions/changes in routine would help greatly i work out at 4 am (only time i could fit in my schedule. First off... Working out 7 days a week is too much! Even pro s take a day off. You should have one day of rest in between your workouts. If you are that dedicated now, cut back to 3-4 days a week and just work a little bit harder.

If your doing alot of cardio then it sounds like your doing everything right...i know as a wrestler we have to try to eat four meals during the week that are really small and healthy...its probably all metabolism that you want to try and speed up. Once your metabolism speeds up weight sheds like nothing.

eat smaller meals. More times a day. Try walking outside. Walking outside is better than inside. Make sure you drink tons of water. And take deep breathe all the time. It well make your blood circulate better.

When doing this, and if your goal is solely to loose weight, instead of working out for an hour on different things, hit cardio activities for an hour and a half to two hours, and hard. Riding a bike at app. 12 mph will burn you 35-40 calories per mile.....ride 20 miles and you have a great cardio workout. I started kickboxing....hell at first but once my body adjusted it s a killer workout. An hour straight will burn you around 900 calories....but it will kill you. I started out working out for 45 minutes to an hour almost every day, but it wasn t working too good, so that s why I changed my schedule and hit some harder things.Sounds like your eating is good too....might eat more and more fruits, less everything else.
