Any ways to lose weight fast (like 30 days) ? -

I m 19, 5 3, and i weigh 138lbs... i just cant stop eating and i need to lose weight before i go to Florida next month. My goal weight is 115. How can i lose the weight fast?!?!?

i use to be 130 but know im 115 cuz i only eat like 2 times a day lol =] i know its not healthy but hay it works oh and drinking lots of water can cause water weight too so do your best!!

Atkins is probably the fastest. Also, I found that cutting gluten out of my diet helped me to lose weight and cut my appetite.

it must your diet. get a good diet. make adjustments to your diet. It��s just not only about changing what you eat, but also changing your eating habits, the way you eat, the size of your meals, the time of day in which you eat certain food groups, the time between meals, and the number of meals you eat each day. It s all about changing the way you view food. Eat fruits and vegetables and try to balance out your diet and make sure you know that weight loss is about life style change, not a quick fix. Walk instead of driving, meet up with friends and play Frisbee in the park, enjoy the sun and even if you re not a nature person , along with many other people, it s nice to get fresh air and vitamin D. Some is decent advice but most of it is horrible(like starving yourself or other harmful things)The most important thing for fat loss, is that your diet is as natural and unprocessed as possible. It almost always comes back to the over processing of food that makes it bad for you, and makes it totally destroy your metabolism and hormone balance in your body. For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains. Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar from a high nutrient whole food like fruit. Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils (these are THE worst thing in the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat, and so forth. The point is to not fall for some gimmick like low carbs, low fat, high protein, or any other combination that has you focusing on one macronutrient vs. another. Your body needs all macronutrients to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Trying to cut an entire food group out just works against what your body needs.Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. PLEASE stop feeding him so much! This is directly your fault. If you don t control what he eats as a child......then of course he ll get fat. Jeez......stop buying him crap--no sodas, no fast/junk food and smaller portions. Don t give him money to buy food out or school lunches. Those school lunches are HORRIBLE. Pack him a lunch and get him away from the video games.

fast isnt the answer, remember it obviously took some 16 years for your son to get to his size, so its not going to come off fast. Get him the proper help he needs.. weight watchers, etc.... be there with him to support him

Don t feed him diet pills. It teaches him that there is an easy way out of things. Plus, they don t work. If they did, there wouldn t be a million out there. How much time does he spend outside doing physical activity? Get out and play some soccer or go sledding as a family! It s much easier to get your gets to play if you make it a family affair. Put away the video games and take karate lessons at the local rec center.You can t expect to put crummy food in front of him and then tell him not to eat it. You have to lead by example. He will follow what you do. Make the whole family wholesome, healthy meals. The whole family can stand to be a little healthier. Let him go shopping with you to pick out the healthy food he likes. Let him pick out the fruit and veggie you pack for him in his lunch. Find low-calorie treats he can have occasionally like fat-free jello pudding or low-calorie Popsicles. I can t stress this enough, if you exercise, he will exercise. If you eat right, he will eat right. Think of this as a family lifestyle change, not just, My son is fat and needs to loose weight. That humiliation will follow him the rest of his life. There is nothing like having the entire family eat pizza and giving him boiled chicken and a salad. It s a family project that needs to taken on as a family. Do it for all your health benefits.

And, on top of that, he should avoid eating too many sweets/cakes - chocolates, snacks and should cut consumption of fast foods.However, eating well will NOT help reduce weight. Although the pill has many side effects such as having a bigger a appetite i don t think it will HELP you lose weight, it might increase your chance of loosing weight if you get in a good diet/exercise system but you shouldn t perceive that your gonna loose weight just because you got off the pill.

I m getting married in 2 weeks and I m planning on going on a water fast to lose between 10 and 20lbs in 10 days. Hey I just went off a water fast. Honestly, it was very draining - mentally and physically. I only lasted about 5 days. My body did feel clean however. I was tired all of the time and I couldn t concentrate on school work. I would recommend you not go on the water fast just because you should be happy and alive on your wedding...not grumpy and tried, like you will be if you fasted. BUT if you re dead set on doing it, it would be a lot easier if you didn t do anything too mentally straining, stressful, because it ll only add on to the stress you ll feel from not eating. Maybe it would be easier for you to go on a liquid diet -- not just water. Oh I lost about five pounds, mostly water weight. Whatever you decide to do, hope you get the results you want :]

did ya know that some people die from water fasting? lack of nutrients and such. these people were doing it for only 2-3 weeks! dont try it. ...BUT theres hollywood diet its an orange juice made of tons of vitamins and such. you re supposed to only drink this for 3 days. people say they lost about 15-25lbs. its sold everywhere.
