make sure you eat breakfast and lunch and supper but only get enough to fill ur belly a little. make sure you eat snacks between each meal that way u don t get hungry. and walking and swimming are always a great non impacting on the joints exercise

a few simple life changes can help you...you have to eat breakfast every day, cereal, fruit orange juice and some coffee (if you like) with milk not cream. Then choose healthy snacks throughout the day, lot s of fruit veggies, rice cakes, nuts, drink plenty of water and exercise, just as simple as taking a good walk every day is a great start! Also a big thing is to cut out the fast food and fried food, go for fresh food with lot s of protein and lower on the carbs, but dont cut them completely out. And during the course of a week give yourself one indulge day where you eat a few things that you have been craving (in moderation of course) a few potato chips, a scoop of ice cream..but ONLY on that day, and all these things together will help you lose weight in a good healthy way! The best way to lose weight that i have found is to eat smaller portions. i find personally that it s the amount i eat that makes me put on weight and not just what i eat.one of the other people who answered mentioned acai berry. i use this too and it does work, but do NOT go for one of those free trials it is usually a scam, go to your local health food shop i get mine from holland and barrett.. also dont get the liquid stuff it tastes foul.about the always feeling hungry, drinking a cup of hot water can make you feel full, and also just a glass of anything can help fill you up..mind you dont lose too much weight though as this can leave you too thin and you will have no figure.there are no natural ways to get taller i m afraid your height it determined by genetics not what you eat or any medicine, but dont lose hope, not all companies need tall models.

you cant really get taller, you grow up until you grow then stop. maybe for some people when you lose weight you look taller, but infact you arent. theres no way of getting taller, but you could lose some weight, if you say your over weight.

well, I m assuming you don t even have a gym membership and don t plan to get one. Even if not there are many things you can do:- running (mix b/w jogging and sprinting repeats [run fast then slow jog back])- Pushups and crunches- I d recommend jump rope. Go for like 10 min. (taking rests while needed). You can work your way up.- Get an ab ball and resistance bands. You can work your core on virtually every exercise. You can use the resistance bands to work your triceps, biceps, chest, back, and even legs- Wall squats - sit with your back against the wall (or ab ball against the wall) and squat down into a seated position. Hold for 30 sec. then back up.- Walking squats - walk across the floor bending deeply so that your knee almost hits the floor. Go slow.Also you can mix up your workout - don t just do the same thing all the time- do sprints (outside if you can). Instead of just jogging - sprint for ~100m, then jog back. These are called repeats start off with 8 sets of repeats and work your way up (distance and/or number). Do 1-2 time/wk to mix up your cardio.- play high speed sports (soccer, basketball, speed skating, even dancing - as long as its fast moving and non-stop). - Lower abs exercises. Do a lot of these using the ab ball: put your feet on the ball and your hands on the ground (like you re about to do a pushup). Use your ab muscles to pull the ball (and your feet) towards your midsection, go back out. Next do some leg raises (can do them on an incline bench and after each set pull it slightly up until flat). Next do some leg lifts, six inches, or something similar.nutrition: eat chicken/fish/lean turkey and brown rice/broccoli (or things of that nature). Limit the cheese and limit the salt (will help you not hold water). Eat some fruit if you��re craving something sweet (you can also do a protein/banana/little peanut butter smoothie or skip the banana). I m going to do the lemonade diet... it s a cleanse. For 10 days you only drink a juice you make yourself. And a few other things. Read the booklet. Eat healthy foods.You could exercise. Pretty much only running. Probably can t drop that much weight if you are a guy...You ll just build muscle and gain more weight.

Cut back on fatty and sugary foods. They have more calories per spoonful than veggies and fruits. Eat lean meats instead of burgers.... Soy burgers can be dressed up w/ salsa or slices of fresh tomatoes instead of catsup and pickle relish.... eat a salad instead of the fries.... Losing weight fast isn t a good idea but 1 or 2 pounds a week is reasonable and should work within your stated time frame.

avoid ALL drinks with sugar in them...and do not eat desserts. also - no bread...and DO excercise (dont lift weights) because muscle weighs more than fat

It also really helps the but and upper thigh.Next, stand with your hands on your hips, and take a large step forward with your right foot. Keeping your abs tight, twist your torso to the right as you bend your right knee and lower your body until both of your legs form 90-degree angles. I don t know if you have a gym to work with...either way check out the link in my source box...if you dont have a gym, you can do walking lunges (on the site) for detailing the legs, standing and wall squats for muscle, and squat jumping (when you go into a squat and jump as high as you can, then back into a squat and jumping as high as you can. do that about 10-15 times...break for 45 seconds and repeat for 4 sets).
