Whats a good way to lose weight fast ? -

i never eat , im a vegetarian , so why cant i lose weight ?i just need a few suggestions please :] thanks

I am also a vegetarian and eat very little but can never loose weight too. a daily food routine i would suggest:breakfast- piece of fruit.lunch- 6 pieces of medium lettuce, 1 medium tomato and 1inch of cucumber.dinner - Eat one of the following on different days:Pasta with a sauce./ Spagetti with and tomato sauce./tomato soup with crusty bread.by the way if you skip meals you will starve yourself when you do eat it is stored as fat instead of being used for enegy and so on. 3 rules:1) Drink at least 6 glases of water a day to flush out the bad things.2) Never add salt to anything and try to eat low salt things, as salt clings onto fat.3) never skip meals.

No sweety , no won t, things like pasta can still keep you fat, also some dairy food.......and is you don t eat this food like pasta in a vegetarian diet, the lack of vitamins will lead you ur body to ask u for food, and the first thing u ll want to eat is junk food... I m a vegetarian personally. I eat no meat eggs or drink any milk. I used to weigh 180 pounds now I m down to 132. So I d say being a vegetarian does help a lot but you have to make sure you get enough protein (tofu, soy milk,etc.)

I seriously suggest protein shakes/meals if you go vegan.

well the only way to lose weight fast is to do something unrealistic like crash diet......and i wouldnt recommend that to anyone as the weight just goes right back on:) soooo do it the old fashioned way count calories eat healthily (cut back on fat) and exercise even an hour of swimming three times a week will help...that should have you in good shape and feeling better by summer..good luck:)

Sadly, the only way to really lose weight is burn more calories than what s taken in..So basically you have to A) workout more..to burn more calories..doesn t mean gym all the time..you can just walk around all day long..and/or B) decrease your caloric intake..and make it clean food..aka dieting..obviously doing both is better than just doing one or the other. The last option is losing as much water weight as possible like wrestlers and boxers do before a match through dehydratiion and sauna..but that is just water weight, not permanant..won t make you look better, and very unhealthy...VERY UNHEALTHY. If you want to do one over the other of diet and exercise..pick which one you hate the least and do it more often..I like food..so i workout more instead of dieting (as hard).. Jogg everyday. There are people who thing they are getting a good excerise out of just walking. It might be true but it takes a real long time to brake a sweat. If you are not sweating than you are not going to loose weight fast.If you wanna loose the weight even faster try using a jump rope. Its gets your heart beating faster than running.Also watch what you eat. If you work all day running and excersing and then eat a greasy calorie loaded meal at the end of the day you will end up right back were you started.

You don t need to go to the gym to do exercise.If you change your diet, that s usually the best start.I would also suggest push ups (on your knee s if you can do regular ones) and sit ups. Do them every morning or every night before bed and you should notice some improvements.Good luck!
