How do i lose weight fast!? -

i dont know how to stop eating junk food! how do i get motivated to exercise and eat healthy?

Fast weight loss is not a smart, healthy, or recommended thing to do. It is better to lose weight slowly through life-style change. You could start by not buying junk food. If it is in the house that is temptation territory. Instead, cut up raw veggies ie...carrots, cauliflower, cucumber slices, radishes, broccoli florets, etc...put them in ziploc bags so you could easily grab them when you feel hunger pangs. Keep fresh fruit on hand as well. Apples, oranges, bananas, grapes, strawberries, etc.. These are all much healthier snack choices. Eat a well-balanced diet everyday. Exercise 30 minutes at least 3 times per week. Increase your water intake to 6-8 glasses a day. Eat lots of veggies.

there is no health way to lose weight fast , unless you take drogs , which i don,t recomend , so think about how better you will look and hit the esport club..... good luck

Your Questionhow can i lose weight fast?i need to lose weight. and my main problem is that i DO NOT like healthy foods. honestly, if i try to eat a salad, i puke. and i don t like fruit. and i don t eat meat. so you can see my challenge when trying to lose weight.

heh me and you are similar we dont rlly like fruits and stuff. Instead what you should do is start doing cardio workouts such as running or jogging (which ever is better for you). These will help you lose weight the fastest but it WILL take a while beffore you can actually see results maybe a few weeks or months depending on how much you do.

you could do both a the same time.... lots of people will say you have to loose your fat and then gain some muscle.... but it is not true... I lost a bunch of pounds and gain some muscle at the same time.it takes a lot of hard work.. it s more difficult and it takes more dedication.To loose weight.. do lots and lots of cardio.. I mean every day !!!! Drink plenty of water and fruits and veggies and salads like there is no tomorrowWeight train 2 or 3 times a week only. The days you weight train get plenty of protein after the workout, so your muscles soak it all up.If you want more details .. don t hesitate to ask. good luck.
