How can a 13 year old lose weight FAST? -

The best way to lose weight is really simple. The number one rule is portion control! NEVER overeat. Only eat until you are satisfied, not full. Once you are full you ve eaten too much. Eat about 6 times a day in small, nutritious meals. Don t eat processed foods! That includes pizzas, many cereals, boxed and canned items, ice cream, sweets, chips, etc. Stop cold turkey on drinking soda pop! I stopped 4 years ago and I don t miss it at all! I don t miss the 15 pounds I dropped after stopping it either. Eat fresh and whole foods. Fruits and Veggies are your best friends! There are many ways to make them fun to eat. You could put some peanut butter on a stick of celery or dip carrots into low-fat ranch. Another thing: Don t use condiments! Yes, sometimes you just want ketchup and mayo. And if you must, then use them in moderation. But vinegar and olive oil, and mustard are much healthier alternatives. Eat whole grains! Don t eat white flour. That includes white rice, white bread, pastries, cakes, etc. Go for brown rice, whole-wheat breads, and other whole grains. Eat nuts and seeds! They are a very tasty alternative to chips. Popcorn, with light butter is also a very good chip alternative. Drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, and think positive!As for exercise, walk briskly for 30 minutes every day! Go swimming whenever you can. Do some mild weight training to build muscle. Do these simple things and you re on your way!Here s a summary:1. Portion control. It helps. Make sure you bathe after!

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables for three days, and nothing else. Apples, Oranges, and Strawberries only tend to have better results. Drink only water for the duration of your weight loss. After three days you should have lost around 3-6 pounds. Walk for about thirty minutes each day for the duration of your weight loss. After the first three days go back to eating normal meals, make them healthier though with lots of vegetables and fruits. Wait about five days to allow your body recuperation time and then repeat the three days of eating nothing but vegetables and fruits. Do these steps until you ve reached your goal weight. If you eat only apples for the three days it ll rid you of acne for about a month or two as well.

Omg I am thirteen and I wanna lose weight, too! Well, I ll tell you what I m TRYING to do. (I just started this new system today)Okay, so, I made up these little cards that say different times (12:30 P.M., 10:00 A.M., etc.) and I arranged them in chronological order on my white board. Then, by each time, I give myself something to do, such as reading, Wii, computer, work-out, bike, outside, etc. So then I ll always have something to do, and I can arrange it so I have as much physical activity as possible.Also, I try to lay off the sweets, except for Sundays. Sundays are the day of rest, so, hey, why not? But if you re REALLY trying to lose weight, try no sweets AT ALL.Good luck!Hope my new system works!

Run. Squat thrusts. Only have soda on weekends (that worked for me), run, run, Bike, jump rope, and some jumping jacks (100-200 at a time) doo these during commercials. It works. Good luck!

run.. eat salad.tea and fruits. with proteins and vitamins.. but your too young to be loosing weight..you can damadge your self.. but try eating healthy and excersizing .

Follow Isabel s advice.Stay away from processed foods as much as possible, as they are laden with salt, sugar and fat.

you can never lose weight that fast that is with out doing unhealthy things so just dont rush anything.

eat heathy and stay away from chocolate try lean cusine meals they really good and help you lose alot of weight

exercise vigorously and eat fruits and vegetables. NO JUNK FOOD

Dont rush or starve, that ll lead to severe health problems D= and u DONT want that! cut out ALL daily snacks, exercise, drink and eat healthier.
