Soup....Make homemade soup. Buy some boxes of Lipton Chicken noodle soup, check the box, it contains very few calories, buy some packages of frozen veggies. Cook the soup, cook the veggies and mix together. Fills you up and has very few calories and almost no fat. You can lose up to 10 lbs in 7-10 days. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE WEIGHT LOSS DRUGS. THEY CAN KILL YOU.
Eat fruits and veggiesExercise at least 3 times a week(cycling, treadmill, etc)Drink water and healthy juices(no sodas, coffee, shakes, etc)Do not eat fatty or fried foods.I wouldn t recommend any weight loss pills or any other unnatural ways since they can have severe side-effects. A couple of weeks ago I heard about phentermine from someone who lost about 25 pounds in 2 months using phentermine 37.5 mg. Her cousin lost about 50 pounds in 3 months using it. The only side effect I have experienced so far is dry mouth. The dry mouth causes me to drink a ton of water, which is great anyway for weight loss success. I m now drinking about 80 ounces of water a day. Before phentermine I had to force myself to drink water and only drunk about 20-30 ounces a day.I m very excited about this product. A ketogenic diet is the fastest way to loose weight.. Note, I did not say best, but rather fastest...Meaning, an Atkins, or something similar is the fastest way to loose weight without exercise because it forces the body to use what are called Ketones... It is hell on the body, but you will loose vast amouts of weight if you stay in it... We are talking somewhere in the region of 20 to 25lbs per month...And no... No herbal complex pill is going to do crap for you.. Anyone who tells you this is an idiot... :-)

The only way to loose weight healthily is by diet and exercise. Diet pills and fad diets dont work forever. You may get immediate results but once you go off a diet pill or fad diet you gain the weight back faster and most of the time gain more. So cut about 200 calories out of your diet 1700-1900 calories is good, eat your fruits and veggies and exercise 90 minutes a day for five days.
You shouldn t lose weight fast. The faster you lose it, the quicker you will gain it back. Losing 2 lbs a week is the standard healthy way to lose weight. The slower, and healther way you go about losing weight; the longer you will keep it off.
well easy, Maybe! I have lost 70 lbs in 2 months but have been very dedicated to my plan. I feel fantastic and have so much energy. It s easy and fits any schedule. every thing depends on you and your body but you will for sure loss weight and regain health.To top it off it d not a diet, it floods your system with nutrition and then Cleanses the toxins from your body. As long as you eat healthy and exercise daily, you should see results.
