Eat less or eat mainly veggies for a day. Drink 5 cups of green tea and then go for a walk or run....Green tea boosts the metabolism. Losing weight fast is not healthy...remember not more than 5 pounds a week.
Try a cleansing diet. I lost 10.5 pounds and 17 inches in only 9 days. I continued and lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks. I feel so much better! This could work for you too.
