Football and rugby are good as you will be running around a lot and burning off a lot of calories. For starters, when you mentioned a weight loss program regimen that you can use while in school; I immediately want to know what grade level are you in school? Middle school, high school, college, etc.My next question is to find out for what reasons do you need to lose 30 pounds? Are you overweight according to medical standards, are you needing to lose a set number of pounds to participate with a sport activity such as wrestling where you must weigh in a certain number or be disqualified? Lastly, weight loss is a big step and can be accomplished through making some healthy food, exercise and supplemental choices. Depending on the reason for the weight loss would determine some very specific ways to attack the weight loss challenge. For now, start with drinking plenty of water, exercising (walking) 30 minutes 3-5 times a week and taking proper supplements. You need to make sure that you both excercise and eat right. Doing one without the other will not get you the results you are after.
