How to lose weight? -

13 year old girl 5 2 and 132 pounds. Want to lose weight help please!!!

Work out, eat healthy, and most importantly..!! fight the urge to reach out for the yummy but-oh-so-fattening chocolate bar!! XD

eat healthy and work out eat like four meals a day go for a long walk run on the treatmile or around the the neighbourhood dont eat alot of calories drink only water burn lots of calories out more then u take in by walking or doing some kind of sports good luck

I love the Special K Vanilla Almond, and I have lost 20pds just replacing two meals. Any cereal would work I would think. You may also be working on your legs to much which is increasing your muscle mass.

try not to exercise too much on your legs, I know it sounds daft but the muscle with make your thighs look larger. You may be retaining water, try something with a gentle laxative effect like prunes, running is good for all over body weight loss. Good luck! xx

Can someone please give me advice on how to lose weight ,teen.? -

I m an overweight teen and before i get spammers saying something about stupid aci berry or what please dont i m too young to take pills or starve myself?but how can i change my waysand be healthy and lose this fati m a junk food,fizzy eater and i hardly get any exercise i love dancing,and playing on my trampoline but i hardly do it.

I have lost 40 lbs. in 3 months and I know this will work. Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, eat your last meal 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Do not starve yourself or your body will go into survival mode where anything you eat will be turned into FAT. This will help you a lot but if you want more results you can exercise 3-4 days a week, include weight training and especially cardio (walking especially running). If you set your mind to lose the weight you will lose it and when you start seeing how good you look you ll want to keep going.Good Luck

How to lose weight...? -

okay i m know that i m not like super fat but, i do have a few extra pounds and i would like some advice on how to shed them. i m only a teenager so i can t go to fitness places like bally or anything haha. and i have been excersicing, but sometimes i forget to or feel lazy and since i m only a teen, i can t really choose all of my meals. i do have basketball practice for my jr. high team so i guess i m active almost every day but thats only for about 40 minutes. well i always knew that i was a little bit overweight but my reason for getting things going is so that i can fit properly in a bridesmaid dress for my sister s wedding. i m the youngest in the family and i don t want to have to have the biggest size. thanks for the help! :)

The ONLY way to loose weight in any scenario is to consume few calories than you burn daily. A safe calorie deficit is widely accepted at a ten percent calorie deficit. Strength training will also do a LOT to burn calories. Muscle BURNS fat thereby raising your metabolism. Write me if you have any questions.

I know how you feel - many times I just forget to do it and when I remember, I m too lazy to do it. Haha.Which I know it isn t a good thing, but hey, we re teenagers.Anyway, what I started doing, is doing a few stretches.Then turning on my stereo and blasting one of my favorite fast-paced cd s and then do some light workouts, and then some cardio.The music makes it really fun, especially if you can mouth the words as you work out. And what motivates me is when I hear a song about being independent or a really dancey-type song.So you can try that, if you re into that.If so, you can also just jump/dance around for a few minutes, get a drink of water, and start doing it again.Although it may not be AS effective as actual working out, you re moving, which is good because mostly everything you make your body do, you lose calories.So to get in the jist of working out (and having fun doing it), you can do something that s not completely boring.I know, I know. It wasn t amazing advice.But I hope I helped at least a little.

Let me recommend to you that you reduce carbs and maintain protein. The key is to force your body to burn stored fat so you want to keep your carbs low. Eliminate starchy foods and sugars. Our bodies seem to burn these first as they break down easier As I say, a diet high in protein and low in carbs should do it

How to lose weight and gain muscle with balancing school...? -

I am going to high school this year and I want to bulk up a bit, I am 14, 140 lbs, I think I am like 5 5-5 6. I want to get rid of my belly fat on my sides and front and gain muscle. : ) pls help me out. lol. I can get protein shakes and I can get a membership to a gym. So please just tell me what I should do. : ) lol ty.

you should do 50-100 sit-ups a day.join a gym if you can (closest in your area.eat 5-6 small meals.drinking only water.Walk with friends.cut out junk food (brownies, chips, soda) and eat more veggies and fruit.

Dont over eat, but dont diet eat good food while every1 else buys pies or chips for lunch make yourself a big *** sandwhich wif things you like even two you can still eat enough food to make u full just make sure its not cake and chocolate, Get urself a punching bag and some gloves use it for 25 30 min a day and push yourself you will drop the weight in no time and also become a hell of alot better at defending yourself which is a big bonus at that age

Dont, The average is wrong. Just play sports and stay healthy. If you loose weight now you could just be tired all the time and loose your good health. Wait till you are about 18 and see how you filled out before you decide to loose weight. I was above average when I was your age but I grew into it. The extra wieght helped me play foot ball in college.

Eat health and excersise lots.If you re playing alot of sport, your weight may be muscle, as muscle weighs more than fat.

Go to the doctors and check out your body fat percentage. It could be muscle if you play a lot of sports, nothing wrong with that.

eat well proportioned and timely meals .and continue your activities like any kind of sports.stop eating too much carbs .include lots of fruits in your diet

i recomend i diet corse called lighter life. They are like soups and stuff. They have lighter life chocolate bars ad hot choclote to and they all help you loose wait.

Do some exercise. Do Some jumps. Eat less food. Eat healthy food. Ditch junkfood of course.

u should ask ur doctor since u r in sports and none of us here would be givin u the right advice. u have to make sure u eat right and exercise the necessary and not overdo any!

stop eating fried foods especially fast food, soda and sweets.

Stop eating twinkies!

eat more fruits and vegetables and no more junk foods and burgers

at your age...eat non greasy food and excercise...that should be enough...but you must be consistent...dont half *** it...
