How to lose weight ? -

hi..iam 5.4 and was 120 pounds.recently put on some 6 pounds.i want to lose those pounds in like 2 months.is it possible?

Thats easy, just Exercise 20 mins a day and eat whatever you want you ll reach your target. 6 pounds is easy.

quit drinking sodas or anything else with sugar in and just drink water for like a month you will be surrprised by the results but realistically you shouldnt lose wieght if that is how much you weigh thats a pretty good weight for you

How to lose weight as a guy!? -

I m a tennager and I need a diet specifically for guys. Every time my mom and i try a diet she loses weight and i dont. I think its because guys eat more food than women. Please help!!!

So there are many ways to do. The simplest, healthiest, and most effective way is to:1) Do it with a friend. Things are always funner and better if you have a friend to do things with and to support each other.2) Cut down your portions. DONT STOP EATING but eat a little less. And healthier too. So instead of eating half a bag of chips and a soda, eat an some strawberries with a glass of water or milk.3)EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE! If you ve got a dog then take him/her for a run/jog/walk. Maybe get up in the morning and take a bike ride in the morning sun. Or go to the gym with a friend! The possibilities are endless.4. Drink lots and lots of water. 5. When you eat junk food first, they block paths in your body that nutrients need to follow to help your body function and lose weight. And I m not sure how much weight you will lose by doing this, but you will lose weight. If you want to lose weight in 9 days, it depends how much you want to lose. It would be very hazardous to your health if you tried to lose about 20 pounds in such a short amount of time. Go down to the gym for an hour a day and set the treadmill for a good pace that you can keep up with for at least 30 minutes. Do this everyday and especally watch what you eat. How to lose weight in a month? -

No soda, no fast food, lots of chicken, fish, fruits, vegies, whole wheat stuff, yogurt. Not so many cakes and donuts and cookies. Basic common sense for eating, you just need to enforce it. Get all the bad stuff out of the house right away, just toss it or give it away while your still motivated. No alcohol if that applies. Some juice but make sure its all natural, because the ones that aren t are loaded with sugar and a leading cause in diabetes in children and adults. Lots of water, 3-4 liters a day, not all at once, but spread out. Its really easy to down a liter or two while your watching tv or on the computer. Also drink some after you eat the bigger meals of the day, it helps your body pick out the nutrients in food when your food is more spread apart. As for exercise, lots of cardio. Find something you like. If you have never exercised much before, start with walking 30 minutes a day at a brisk pace. Move on to different terrains that include hills and increase the time spent. After a week or two, try jogging the route. No matter what find an activity you enjoy. Walking to jogging is just an example, try hiking, rollerblading, biking. Once you get into a regular routine, if your not happy with the level of difficulty, try signing up with a gym. Spinning, pilates or kickboxing classes are great. It will also introduce you to working with weights. Talk to a trainer for instruction before using any weights. A cheap investment is a balance ball, it works you stomach while your just sitting on it, like at your computer and its great for posture. exercise a lot. i did while taking smartburn and water pills. And i lost like 8 pounds in 2 weeks. i only exercised about 3 times a week.

walk every day for half an hour and eat healthy, no drinks, no hamburgers or other fast food...

try eating 5 to 6 small meals during the day instead of 3 big meals cut down on bad carbs/sugar/ and dont eat a lot of red meat try more vegetables and whole grains, you should lose at least 15 lbs.
