Anyone have some quick weight loss tips? -

I m a teenager who needs to lose about 5-10 pounds.I would love to reach my goal by the beginning of May.I m willing to work out around 3-4 times a week. (I ll try at least.)For the workouts if you can tell me some at home workouts those would be very helpful.I m focusing on my legs, and butt.My stomach is pretty tiny, but my bottom half let s just say a bit disproportionate to the rest of my body.Thank you soooo much for the help.

What to do to lose 77 pounds? -

I am a 15 year old boy. I weigh 235 pounds. According to BMI calculators someone with my age, weight, height, and measuerements should weigh 158 pounds. How can I lose the 77 pound difference by September (basically 4 and a half months.) Are there any over the counter weight loss supplements I can use in addition to diet and excercise. Any weight loss tips are welcome.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart.However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. Okay, I am 21 years old, and (of course) need to lose some weight. Now, here is my situation. you need to watch what you eat. your diet is the number one thing at the moment. try taking in around 1600 calories a day. you need to keep track because otherwise it will not help and you will end up eating a lot more than you intend.some food tips ---only water for a long time (and milk and juice, but try and drink at least 32 oz of water daily.)-no pop! do not drink soda it is horrible for you-no fast food or going to restaurants! this is filled with high calorie and fattening foods, you do not need that right now-fruits and veggies are your best friend!! eat them a lot! for breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks.-carbs are not THAT bad for you, but i do notice the weeks i eat less carbs i lose a couple pounds some minimize the carb intake to only a couple times a week (pasta, lots of bread, stuff like that)-watch your portion sizes! -do not use food as a stress reliever-eat 3 or 4 small meals a day. breakfast, lunch dinner snack, i find it a very successful and traditional way to lose weight and keep it off. some people say oh 5 or 6 small meals a day... but 3 or 4 works well too. and it fits a schedule easierbreakfast - banana w/peanut butter, bowl of high fiber cereal, yogurt, granolalunch - grilled chicken salads, turkey sandwiches, soup (try and stay away from very creamy, thick soups)dinner - protein, veggies, some bread (whole grain), whatever really as long as it it reasonable, properly portioned and not too fattening.walk daily. the little bit of exercise will go a long way since youre out of shape. the exercise will drop pounds pretty fast, but remember you body will soon get used to it and not drop the weight as fast so you might have to upgrade when you are in better shape.good luck. message me if you have any other questions

i weigh that much and i m three inches shorter than you. also a teenager. i m just trying to eat healthier foods, drink a lot of water and exercise more. i use an elliptical machine--it sucks, but no pain, no gain, right?--but you can easily find a gym and get a membership.

just exercise and eat healthy. watch ur portion sizes, cut down on fatty/sugar filled foods. eat lots of fruits and veges. exercise twice a day...once in the morning, and once in the afternoon/evening. i usually go jogging before work for like 30 minutes. and in the afternoon i either run on a treadmill or eliptical machine, or i do an exercise tape. just something to get ur heart rate up. good luck!!

ur weight really doesnt matter! muscle weighs more than fat. i am 5 4 and a little under 110 lbs. but i have no fat nor muscle. i think mayb u could try cardio. but then again i love eliptical machines. just eat a healthy diet and excercise regularly. as long as ur healthy the rest doesnt matter

okay so Im getting a gym membership this week and i will be going every single day because im trying to lose MAJOR weight by december. Im 5 5 and 134 pounds and i want to be 110 at least by christmas. any tips on what kind of foods i should eat to help me get that way. Cancer website with eating/weight loss tips? -

I found this site a couple months ago, and now I cant find it...It was a website with information on cancer. It had a drop down menu with activities (biking, walking, cleaning the house, etc) and when you clicked an activity, it would tell you how many calories you burn per hour doing it. Also, it had a section where you enter your height and weight, stuff like that... and then it would tell you how many calories your eating per day in order to weigh as much as you do, and how many calories you need to cut out in order to lose weight.Does anyone know which website im talking about?Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks :)
