Don t stop eating altogether, that normally fails after a short time because people relapse and pig out after they go nuts from being so hungry. Try cutting out starches(potatoes,rice noodles)cut out red meat and stick to baked chicken or baked fish. Eat lots of vegetables. eat lots of fruit. Don t eat bread. And, stay away from salad dressing and other sauces that contain fat. Try increasing your heart rate 30 to 45 minutes three to four times a week. To lose weight you shouldn t lift heavy weights only very light,a s in calastenic exercise. Don t expect yourself to stick to a rigorous schedule like this all the time. Just some helpful hints.
