I m confused with this type of diet i just wanted to know:If you re eating e.g. can i eat like a half of chocolate bar and eat a just one bag of crisps eat a peace of banana. Thank you for all of your answers. :)

honestly the only thing pills will do is just get rid of your water weight, and you can do that on your own. try to exercise for 1 hour a day, and limit your calorie intake to about 1200 calories a day ( Of healthy food of course; no white bread, rice, candy, desserts, pop, etc). If you do this your not going to need to waste your money on expensive pills. Besides your to young for that. Go out and exercise and you ll lose weight in no time. Good luck

Well i m 16 and i m about 5 0 and i m about 130 something pounds. Well I am wondering what are some ways to lose weight that wouldn t be too hard because I have back and medical problems. And I can t take pills or anything or buy anything special. I want to lose some weight before school. But most of it before homecoming and for sure prom. So please help. Since you can t exercise just try walking 20-30 minutes a day, along with eating 6 meals a day. These meals should NOT consist of any greasy, salty, sugary food, such as white food.. breads, pastas, sweets... Eat fruit vegetable s they will fill you up with very few calories...Hope that helps!

Eat healthy and work out. I don t believe in taking pills or anything because it can be done without. Don t overeat either, many people eat portions that are too big. Hit the gym a couple times a week.

How can i lose weight at a decent pace? -

I recently moved and have gained 20 lbs. I lost weigth before but this weight wont come off.I would love to weight 115-125 lbs before the beginning of school on the 2nd of september. But since that is a little unrealistic i just need tips on how to lose weight. I do exercise and watch what i eat too....

in the morning if you can wake up pretty early, thats when you have the most energy! drink a bottle of water plug in your ipod or whatever and listen to music as you run! -- thats my first step.Then you go home, eat a really healthy breakfast like fruit salad or something thats nutritonal. After that you pretty much clean the house or whatever maybe take a walk while its cool, walk your pet dog, if you have one, i like to spend the morning doing that while its not so hot outside!After that you wait a few hours being active as can be, then you relax a little and do some sit ups and lift weights to your own schedule... and your own statistics like weight height goals.. or whatever.. thats what i usually do! And then i like to stretch at the beginning of the day.. hahaMORE TIPS: chew gum - sugar free. A BMI. Number two--Keep a strict food diary of exactly what you eat a day as far as calories, they now know whether it is fat or carbs, they affect your wt. about the same if you are eathing fairly healthy. Number three--reduce your calorie need per day by about three to four hundred calories, try to keep up your excercise or even increase it if you can and you should lose about one to two pounds a wk., also eating 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones and keeping your activity up will keep your metabolism from going into starvation mode and basically shutting down , If you lose too much too fast, you will regain it. I gotcha...Listen..Run 5 nights a week.. About a mile and a half to 3 miles... Eat right, try to avoid carbs after 8...When you wake up. Do 15 push ups.. 15 Squats.. and 30 Crunches...After a couple weeks you should turn up the reps.. Cuz your body will get us to it..Best Of Luck*Ooh Rah!!*
