How can I lose weight fast and safely? -

I m 13 and I want to lose at least 15 pounds. Te reason I want to lose weight is because in June, my class is going to Dorney park, and I want to look good in my swim suit. Also, I just want to look pretty, and cubby is Not pretty.Can someone PLEASE help me!!!

My suggestion is to cut back on all the high calorie snacks, or even cut out the snacks altogether.Because that s one of the harder solutions, I would also suggest moderate changes to your life style. being healthy is more important than being skinny. Plus, being a little chubby can be pretty depending on how you carry yourself. If you walk around all sluggish and self conscious then you are gonna be unattractive. If you carry yourself with confidence though, you re going to be beautiful to people. However if you are concerned with your weight than start eating healthier ( eat less junk food and more natural food, less chips and sodas more water and milk and fruits and veggies) and start exercising regularly ( I recommend something that is interesting to you whatever it is and if you have a WII then start playing 30 minutes of WII sports every day). I am 6 4 255. Every spring I diet for the hot moms in the neighborhood at the pool. I though this would be hard but it is EASY! Cut carbs, eat meats, veggies, eggs, cheese, and nuts. No sugar, soda, breads or anything with carbs. Try to get fiber and lots of water. Fiber will loosen you poop and stop hunger. I made a gallon bag of mixed nuts/sunflower seeds/pumpin seeds and divided it up into smaller bags and always had a bag with me. I lost 15 pounds in 10 days. Last year I was 269 and went s down to 235 in a month. Don t forget cardio, a minimum of 30 minutes per day even fast walking will prolong your platau.

well it took you time to put it on, and it will take time to take it off. Do not look for a fast fix. Find something you can live with. Realize your body is a machine that needs fuel to run. calories in, and calories out. A good cardio-vascular workout as you are doing, varied with muscle work out will do you good. Firstly, 141 is not overweight for 5 3. You re still in the acceptable BMI range. Secondly, there is no fast way to lose weight. You need to eat less, but not starve yourself, and exercise often. You will see results if you stick to a healthy diet of whole grains, vegetables, and lean meats/proteins, and lots of water! There s no magic way to lose fat, and considering you re only 14 I wouldn t try dieting without consulting a doctor first.

Losing weight takes time. But if its three weeks... then just exercise more in stint sessions rather than everyday... some days push for more... and then the next day take it easier.. maybe a run or a walk. Drink lots of water, cut out booze. Sleep lots and as said before restrict carbs! Cals aren t everything... saturated fats and carb content are big factors!
