Im trying 2 lose weight fast! im always hungry..how do i stop myself from eating so much? -

im trying to lose weight fast!!!i dnt care weather it pills or anything im trying to not eat so much plz help??

How about drinking a healthy milkshake like Herbalife. It has all the fiber and vitamins you need and it helps you from bieng hungy.like a healthy diet!

Drink lots of water like 8 bottles (1.5 liters) a day, exercise more, eat fruit as snacks, exercise more, do something to take food off your mind like video games or something, drink coffee as it suppresses appetite, red bull, cigarettes (not healthy but makes you full), and finally diet pills which are not healthy either but get the job done. I recommended healthier stuff and unhealthy stuff at the end, that s if you re desperate to lose weight quick.

eat fiber-FiberOne is really good (the flaky one not the original) and make sure you eat 100% fiber, but with that drink lots of water. If you dont drink plenty of water the fiber will not be able to process and will build up and have an opposite effect. Also water tricks you to thinking that you have something in your stomach so your not as hungry. And veggies are always best. You can eat all you want with veggies. Just beware of dips or dressings.

change your eat patternEat a little high quality protein food with each meal or snackhere are the best foods for weight loss should generally be....?Fresh natural food ?Nutritionally dense food ?High in fiber ?Low in calories ?Low in fat ?Low in refined sugars ?Low in sodium some of the best foods for losing weight...1.Fruit2.Vegetables3.Legumes4.Wholegrain foods (muesli, oatmeal, wholemeal pasta, etc)5.Baked potato6.Boiled brown rice7.Fresh fishordo exercise like :Walk/Cycling 30 minutes every afternoonremember before walk/cycling do stretchingit help you reduce some fat

You can still eat a lot but you have to choose the right time and food. What you really need to do is chaining your eating habit. if you follow the advise on this site then I can guarantee that you can have your weight loss. You can check this site for more information

Last summer i went on the computer alot...Hardly had time for food I was so entertained, actually i just caught myself doing that now....Find stuff that entertains you...Turn on the T.V and excercise while you watch....Get creative

If you are serious about losing weight, have a look at the list of sites.http://the-fast--weight-loss.blogspot.com/http://diet-programs-basic.blogspot.com/Good luck :)

try to not eat sugar, sugar makes you hungry

How do i lose weight fast easy and cheap? -

i had a baby 19 and a half months ago and 3 months after having her i put on about 20kgs and i want to lose 15-20kgs more if i can im not good with diets i do drink alot of coke and at this point i have stopped eating for almost 2 days

You need to have right information if you want to lose weight. You can use method that I lost 23 pounds in 45 days. It works amazing and It will work for you too. You can find more information here http://bit.ly/654wejh9

you should eat at least 4-5 meals a day.drink lots of water, and eat regularly. don t starve yourself, because once you start eating again, you ll gain everything back, trust me.eat lots of fruits and veggies, and if you eat bread, make sure it s whole grain. white bread is pretty fattening. you can also eat lean meats, like fish, turkey and chicken breast. eggs also help when trying to lose weight.skip out on sweets, candy, sugary foods, chips, ice cream, cake, and cookies.if you feel hungry, but don t want to over eat, chew gum. it ll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.cut out ALL soda! if you stop drinking soda, it helps you out a lot!and don t forget to exercise!try walking, jogging, jump rope, dancing, crunches, bike riding and swimming. try exercising for 45-80 minutes a day.good luck!

Just stopping eating will not make you lose weight, you need to have a healthy eating plan. You should pop and see the nurse at your doctor s surgery. They will have leaflets about healthy eating. The best way to lose weight is steadily and the nurse should offer to weigh you each week, that way you can see what progress you are achieving. Basically cut out sugary snacks like cake and biscuits and stop eating processed food/ready meals and cook your own food its much healthier. Its hard to exercise with a young baby I know but even just taking her for a long walk in the buggy would be good, even a 2 mile brisk walk every day would burn calories and get your metabolism going. Drinking coke or any carbonated drink every day is really bad as it leaches calcium from your bones so stop the coke, even diet coke is bad.

What is the best diet for me? and Does losing weight fast make you have a big head in the end? -

I need to lose weight fast , I prefer herbal weight loss pills .? -

What is a good herbal supplement that will work give me energy .

The problem with loosing weight fast is that people generally will not do it in a healthy manner, also people will do it so fast that it has a negative affect. I know nothing about the affectiveness of pills, but I do know that if you stop eating junkfood, replace whole milk with skim/low-fat milk (do the same with orange juice and other high-calorie juices) , not drink carbonated drinks, and eat till your full (not stuffed), and you will start loosing weight (I have lost 20 pounds just doing this), but if you add 30+ mins of cardiovascular exercises then you will loose weight in no time. (well a month or so), but this would be the healthy way, in my eyes.

Im not sure if they are herbal, but the new FDA diet pill Alli is suppose to come out in a month or so. I heard that they are to be one of the best. Check them out....

just eat less

I use the Isagenix fat and burn cleanse system. It is a cleanse not a diet pill. Its all natrual and safe. I lost like 12lbs with the 9-day cleanse and had tons of energy. Its great. For more in-depth information on Isagenix go to http://louisquezada.isagenix.com/

How about EXERCISE?

never aim to loose weight fast aim for 2lb a week as this is attainable. drink plenty of water. eat breakfast and a sensible meal every 3 hours there after to prevent snacking. this also keeps your metabolism up and tells your body your not starving dont go for pills as these will rarely work and may weel just be a placebo or sugar pill which makes you think theyre working when theyre not

to decrease wt. you have to consult Ayurvedic panchakarma specialist.Dr. Chotiwala

Exercise don t be so lazy.

Workout and change your eating habits if you want to see change.

dont get pills my friend is in the hospital b/c she drank pills to loose weight ....do exersice. eat healthy .dance swim do anything that gets ur heart pumping dont end up like my friend

How do you lose weight fast without pills? -

You don t. You lose water fast, but you ll gain it back. Skip fast and think about doing it slow and right for a change.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://calorieneedscalculator.com This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.Beginner s Guide to Dieting - http://straightdiet.com

Munch all day on healthy stuff like veggies, fruit, and small meals. Cut out processed food like frozen meals, fast food and junk food, but allow yourself a tiny treat once a day so you don t feel deprive. I found out I was allergice to dairy, cut it out of my diet and lost 20 Lbs in 3 months without even working out. Dairy is really high in fat and calories. It is in a lot of foods. If you want to lose fat fast...nix the cow juice. BUT make sure you replace the calcium you are losing by eating green leafy veggies, sardines, fortified cerials, OJ, etc.

What is the best way to lose weight fast? -

Try this for a start, then go on to a healthy lifestyle, well balanced diet and regular exercise. This will work....BASIC FAT BURNING SOUP6 large green onions 2 green peppers 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes [crushed] 1/2 bunch of celery 1 large head of cabbage 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup4 cups of waterSeason with 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper, 1/4 tsp. curry, 1 Tbsp. parsley, if desired or bouillon or hot sauce. Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces and cover with water. Boil fast for ten minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender. This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will not add calories. The more you eat the more you will lose. Fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away during the day. If eaten for indefinite periods you would suffer malnutrition.======================================DAY ONE: All fruits except bananas. Cantaloupe and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruits. Eat only the soup and fruits. For drinks; unsweetened tea, cranberry juice, or water.DAY TWO: All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh, raw, or canned vegetables. Try to eat green leafy veggies and stay away from dry beans, peas, and corn. Eat along with the soup. At dinner time on this day, reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter. Do not eat any fruits.DAY THREE: Eat all the soup, fruits, and vegetables you want. Do not have a baked potato. If you have eaten for three days as above, and have not cheated, you will have lost 5 to 7 pounds.DAY FOUR: Bananas and skim milk. Eat as many as 8 bananas and drink as many glasses of water as you can on this day along with the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates and so is the milk, but on this particular day your body will need the potassium and the carbohydrates, proteins and calcium to lessen your craving for sweets.DAY FIVE: Beef and tomatoes. You may have 10 to 20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes on this day. Try to drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of waterthis day to wash away the acid in your body. Eat the soup at least once this day.DAY SIX: Beef and veggies. Eat to your heart s content of the beef and vegetables this day. You can even have two or three steaks if you like with the green leafy vegetables, but no baked potato. be sure and eat the soup.DAY SEVEN: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables. Again, stuff yourself. Be sure to have the soup at least once today. At the end of the seventh day, if you have not cheated on the above diet, you will have lost 10 to 17 pounds. If you have lost more than 17 pounds, stay off the diet for two days before resuming again from day one. This seven day eating plan can be used as often as you like. As a matter of fact, if correctly followed, it will clean your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being as never before. After only seven days of this process, you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 and possibly 17 pounds, having an abundance of energy. Continue this plan as long as you wish and feel the difference. This diet is fast, fat-burning, and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take in. It will flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well-being. This diet does not lend itself to drinking any alcoholic beveragesat any time because of the removal of fat build-up in your system. Go off the diet at least 24 hours before any intake of alcohol.Because everyone s digestive system is different, this diet will affect everyone differently. After day three, you will have more energy than when you began, if you did not cheat. Afterbeing on this diet for several days, you will find your bowel movements have changed. Although you can have black coffee with this diet, you may find that you don t need the caffeine after the third day.DEFINITE NO-NO S: Fried foods, bread, alcohol, no carbonated drinks, including diet drinks. stick with water, unsweetened tea, black coffee, unsweetened fruit juices, cranberry juice, and skim milk. If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish or baked chicken {skinless} for the beef on only one of the beef days. You need the high protein in the beef the other day. The Basic Fat Burning Soup can be eaten anytime you feel hungry. Eat as much as you wish. Remember, the more you eat, the more you will lose. Continue this plan as long as you wish and feel the difference both physically and mentally. Any prescribed medication will not hurt you on this diet.

Healthy weight loss tips * Take one pound at a time Dont get overwhelmed by how much weight you need to lose. Try to remember that losing 15 pounds in two weeks is nothing to celebrate. It is important to realize that the more quickly weight is lost, the more likely the loss is coming from water and muscle, not fat. Since muscle tissue is critical in keeping our metabolism elevated, losing it actually leads to a decrease in the amount of calories we can each day without gaining weight. Fat loss is best achieved when weight is lost slowly. Strive for a weight loss of no more than 3-4 pounds per week. One pound of weight is equivalent to 3500 calories. * Set Reachable Goals For instance, if you know you need to get more exercise, begin with a manageable goal of, say, walking 10 minutes a day that you know you can achieve. Then build your self-esteem by achieving the small goals you set yourself. The same logic applies for losing weight. * Stay off the scales Dont get discouraged when your progress seems to be slow according to your bathroom scales. They do not provide a true measure of what is going on with the body. If exercise levels are adequate (5-7 days a week), you may be putting on muscle but losing fat, thus losing inches even if you are not losing pounds. It s always a good idea to do several body measurements to have a second objective way to monitor progress. * Stay focused on being healthy, not thin Many people become more successful at long term weight loss when their motive changes from wanting to be thinner to wanting to be healthier. Change your mindset to think about selecting foods that will help your body s health rather than worrying about foods that will affect your body s weight. The Food Pyramid offers a basic outline of the types and amounts of food you should eat each day to give your body the nutrients it needs for optimal health. * Fat Free? We ve known for some time that limiting high fat foods in the diet can be helpful with weight loss. That s because fats pack in 9 calories per gram compared to only 4 calories per gram from proteins or carbohydrates. To many, the message to limit fats implied an endorsement to eat unlimited amounts of fat-free products. Just to clarify, fat-free foods have calories too. In some cases fat-free foods have as many calories as their fat laden counterparts. If you eat more calories than your body uses, you will gain weight. Eating less fat will help you to lose weight. Eating less fat and replacing it with excessive amounts of fat-free products will not. * Drink plenty of water Drink eight glasses a day. Water is a natural appetite-suppressant. Nettle tea is a great weight-loss tea as it supports metabolism and has diuretic properties. * Reward yourself Each time you reach a goal, such as losing 5 pounds, reward yourself with a gift or a massage. * Seek help if you need it A big key in long term weight control comes from receiving encouragement and support from others. Find a friend to lose weight with or you can check to see if groups such as Weight Watchers, or eDiets offer programs and resources in your area by clicking the links. You may also wish to check with your local hospital to see if their registered dietician conducts group weight loss programs. * Watch your portions With the advent of supersize meals and increasingly huge portions at restaurants, our concept of normal serving sizes is a distant memory. Be mindful of the amounts of food you consume at a sitting. When necessary, divide your food in half and ask for a take home bag. It is all too easy to be a plate cleaner even when served enormous portions. Learn to pay attention to your hunger level and stop eating when you feel comfortably full, not stuffed. * Eat your food slowly Did you ever notice that thin people take an awfully long time to eat their food? Eating slowly is one method that can help take off pounds. That s because from the time you begin eating it takes the brain 20 minutes to start signaling feelings of fullness. Fast eaters often eat beyond their true level of fullness before the 20 minute signal has had a chance to set in. The amount of calories consumed before you begin to feel full can vary significantly depending on how quickly you eat. So slow down, take smaller bites and enjoy your food.

Always check with your doctor before beginning any exercise and nutrition plan. You need a good combination of aerobic activity and resistance training combined with a healthy diet. It is not recommended to lose more than 1-3 lbs a week. If you want to lose weight the correct and safe way that will stay off for the long-term, you need a good comprehensive exercise and nutrition plan.A good program looks like this:Always warm up and cool downMuscular Strength Endurance-you need a good resistance training program that includes exercises for all muscle groups (hips, chest, upper and mid back, legs (quads and hamstrings), shoulders, lower back, upper arms (biceps and triceps), calves, forearms, abdomen, and the gluteus maximus).Your intensity should be 70-80% 1-RM or 8-12-RM, 8-12 reps, 1 or more sets, 3 times a week for 6 weeks or more when you begin a resistance program. You should begin with 1 exercise for each major muscle group and make sure the days you do resistance training are not consecutive meaning you don t exercise the same muscle group two days in a row. As you continue your program you can add more exercises, add weight, and change up your program to include more days or just work specific muscle groups on specific days. As your muscles grow stronger you will be able to reduce the rest time between each set. You should rest for about 30 seconds between sets. Muscle is metabolically active and therefore when you gain muscle it burns more calories and helps to raise your metabolism. If you do not have money for a gym membership or do not have access to one, here is a great website to create a work out plan only using your body weight.http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exerciseYou can also search for all kinds of exercises that use weight. Here is another great website for finding some good exercises for different parts of the body.http://www.preventdisease.com/fitness/StHere is a great link to a comprehensive musculoskeletal atlas of the body to help you understand what exactly you are workinghttp://www.preventdisease.com/home/musclAlso, if you are having trouble deciding what type of program you should be doing, here is a website that may help you to better understand the different forms of strength.http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kelly2.hCardiovascular Endurance-This part is extremely important for fat burning and enhancing your overall cardiovascular performance. You need to include a warm-up and cool-down. In order to have an effective cardio plan you must first make sure you remain in your target heart rate zone for at least 30 minutes a day (you can start out doing this for 3 days a week and build up) and then you can build up to 45-60 minutes a day. This will seriously help to burn fat as well as raise your VO2Max which is basically a number that represents the capacity of your cardiorespiratory system. The higher the number the more efficient your cardio system is. You can learn more about VO2 at the following website.http://www.preventdisease.com/news/articIn order to determine your target heart rate, do the following:know these numbers:maximum heart rate= (220-age)resting heart rate=(get this by counting your pulse for a minute when you first wake up in the morning)heart rate reserve=(maximum heart rate-resting heart rate)then calculate training intensity:TI= Heart rate reserve x percentage(use 70%-85%) + resting heart rateNow your training intensity number is important because this is the number you want to reach for a particular training intensity. This is the number your heart rate has to get to in order to be in the optimum cardio training zone. You can perform the TI equation for 70% and then another for 85% to get a good range for your heart rate. This is your own personal target heart rate zone. You can either count your pulse yourself or use a heart rate monitor while you are exercising. You can buy one at most electronic stores. I recommend the heart rate monitor because you don t have to do anything and it lets you know where you are. Some even beep when you reach your zone or when you go above it. Mine has a strap you put on under your clothes and a watch that shows you your heart rate as well as other things. Now of course, any type of heart rate monitor will not be perfect because there are factors that are not taken into account, but it is one of the most accurate ways to keep track of your heart rate that is easily available to the public. Here is a website to help you calculate your target heart rate zonehttp://www.preventdisease.com/healthtoolHere is a good website for some information on how to measure your physical activity intensityhttp://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/physicalNow, I needed to tell you all of that so I can let you know what cardio activities will fit this type of requirement. The following are great activities for a good aerobic plan:cycling, jogging, running, walking, rowing, stair climbing, elliptical machine, aerobic dance, bench step aerobics, hiking, in-line skating, skiing, rope skipping, swimming, and water aerobics. Any of these activities are acceptable only if you make sure your heart rate stays within your target heart rate zone. This does not count your warm-up or cool-down either. You need at least 30 minutes within your zone for the best benefits because for most people your body does not begin to burn fat until you have been working aerobically in your heart rate zone for at least 30 minutes. Of course all exercise is good for you, so even if you do not make it to your heart rate zone, it still is good for you and there will be benefits from it. Just work your way up, start slow, and you will be gradually improving your body s cardiovascular performance and burning fat. Once your body gets used to performing aerobically it will begin to burn fat faster than someone who is not on a cardio program. You can find calculators at the following website to calculate about how many calories are burned by different activities.http://www.preventdisease.com/healthtoolHere are a few websites that will help you to begin a fitness walking programhttp://www.preventdisease.com/fitness/fihttp://www.preventdisease.com/fitness/waOr if you prefer, you can begin a jogging programhttp://preventdisease.com/fitness/fitnesBody Composition-this includes your body fat percentage, bone frame, as well as how much muscle you have. Most people focus on only weight, but you should not put as much focus on that as much as what your body fat percentage is (get it tested at an exercise facility with skinfold calipers). You should also get circumference measurements done. This includes your neck, shoulder, chest, waist, abdominal, hip (buttocks), thigh (proximal), thigh (mid), thigh (distal), knee, calf, ankle, arm (bicep), forearm, and wrist. You should be able to do this at a gym. You should get all of this information done before you start your program and then you can see how you improve. You can calculate an estimate of your body composition and target weight here:http://www.preventdisease.com/healthtoolThe following website will help you to understand a little more about body compositionhttp://preventdisease.com/news/articles/Flexibility- Most people do not even think about this, but it is very important because it helps to prevent injury and it helps you to perform every day activities. It also has an effect on all your other programs. You should perform 10-12 flexibility exercises every day. Slowly stretch the muscle to a point of mild discomfort but not necessarily pain. Hold stretch for 10-30 seconds, and do 3-5 reps for each stretch. This should take about 15-30 minutes per session. If you do not have time to do this every day, try to do it 2-3 times a week. Here are some good websites to learn more about flexibility and stretchinghttp://preventdisease.com/fitness/fundamhttp://www.cmcrossroads.com/bradapp/docsDiet- You have to make sure that you eat right and that means following the food guide pyramid. All those low carb diets or fad diets out there will not help you lose weight safely. You can read more about the risks of low carb diets at the following websitehttp://www.preventdisease.com/news/articKnow that 1 lb. of fat is equal to 3,500 calories. So if you eat 500 calories less per day for a week than you normally would (by either cutting back or changing what you eat or even by burning 500 calories from exercise) that is 3,500 calories and you should lose 1 lb. that week. I know that does not sound like a lot, but it is a proven fact that you should not lose more than 1-3 lbs. per week because it is not safe nor does it stay off. If you work to lose 1-3 lbs a week then it is much more likely to be the safe way and will stay off for long-term if you continue to live a healthy lifestyle.I do not like the word diet because most people think of a diet as a short-term way of losing weight when the most effective way of losing weight is to completely change your lifestyle. Here are some ways to change the way you eat:Always follow the food guide pyramid with focus on fruits and vegetables and lean meat such as chicken or fish. Make sure you get enough fiber and water in your diet. You should get 20-30 grams of fiber every day along with plenty of water. You can go to http://preventdisease.com/home/tips65.sh to learn more about fiber and tips on how to get more in your diet. You should drink a total of 8 eight-ounce glasses of water a day at least. This is different for everyone, but you should be able to figure out about how much water you need a day. You can go to http://preventdisease.com/news/articles/ to learn more about how much water you should drink. Get your carbs from complex carbohydrates (pasta, rice, grains, cereals, potatoes, dried beans and peas) that contain whole wheat. When you buy something such as bread make sure the first ingredient is whole wheat and does not contain the word enriched. You can learn more about carbohydrates at the following website.http://www.preventdisease.com/fitness/weYou can also learn how to choose healthy breakfast cereals at the following websitehttp://www.drmirkin.com/nutrition/N180.hLearn what serving sizes are and how to properly use them. I have also done research on this and this helps to keep your metabolism up and makes sure you do not overeat, among many other things. Try for 3 meals a day with 2 snacks.Try as much as you can to stay away from saturated and trans fat because they are both bad for you and should be consumed as little as possible. Mono and polyunsaturated fats or good for you but fat should only make up 25-35% of total calories.
