Does being healthy have to be so expensive? -

I dont make much money.. sometimes i find myself having to live on ramen noodles, boxes of mac cheese, and Cheap-O cereal. And as far as i can tell thats not exactly what a man trying to lose weight wants to endulge on. So what foods are out there for someone on such a tight budget, that are ideal for healthy weight loss.

Eggs and cans of tuna are cheap protein, tuna s pretty bad at first, but you ll get used to it. Go to sam s/whole sale store and just buy everything in bulk. Brown rice/plain oats are a cheap source of carbs, natural peanut butter, almonds, etc.

For goodness sake. If you can afford to buy cheeseburgers, you can certainly afford to buy some fresh vegetables and pulses. I can make meals for nearly a week on one chicken and some vegetables. Have a roast chicken dinner one day, have a curry the next, use the bits still left over the next day for a risotto, then boil up the carcas with some veg for a nice soup. All you need to buy then is some rice, potatoes and pulses, and they can be used for more meals the following week. For breakfast - oats. For lunch, a baked potato and some raw veg. Healthy, low fat, filling and affordable.

Fruits and vegetables aren t expensive; at least they aren t where i live. You can have them for breakfast and dinner like i do, with some eggs...maybe. Also, cereals like oatmeal, which has lots of fibre could be thrown in too. Then you could have noodles or whatever you like for lunch! Goodluck.

Actually, no, it doesn t.Rice, eggs, vegetables, chicken, and fruits are more than sufficient to put together a healthy meal that you can have daily. These can all be purchased in a market or supermarket at discount prices.

my suggtestion would be make lots of stock and freeze them in little boxes. for every meal, take one out. throw in veg and chicken pieces and bring to boil 0 fat and power packed. it fills u up, so u will eat less later on. my dieticians advice too.

Upset stomach during diet? -

Is it normal to get diarrhea while losing weight? I ve been on a diet this week and have lost about 5 lbs and have been drinking a lot of water. Is it normal to get upset stomach while beginning a weight loss program?

Are you eating or drinking anything unusual like more fiber or taking some pills that were for weight loss? Diarrhea can be caused from some weight loss pill and or more vegetables and fiber in the diet. It is not unusual to get upset stomachs if you are eating highly spiced foods and you were not before, or again, it could be caused from a diet pill. It is not typical to have diarrhea and or an upset stomach while dieting. It is possible you may have picked up a bug, since it only been going on a week.

It depends on what you are eating or taking... If you are taking diet pills or some sort of diet crap you should do some research on the ingredients. Some of that stuff might give you an upset stomach and/or diarrhea.Or, if you are eating a lot of fresh vegetables and fruit and your body is not used to that sort of thing, you might get an upset stomach and or diarrhea.Difficult to really know what is going on with you because you have not given many details.5 lbs is a lot to lose in one week. Too much. The best and healthiest way to lose weight is to eat the right foods: lots of fresh vegetables, some fresh fruit, some whole grains, some protein (beef, chicken, fish, and soy), olive oil and herbs, very little or no dairy products, no sugar, no fried foods, no fast food, no highly processed foods, no white flour products, etc.

maybe ur body isent used to the change. or u might not be eatting enough.. is ur diet acctually healthy? are u eatting enough? or the right things? u need to ask those.

Maybe your not eating enough... or your body might not getting used to the changes. Make sure that you eat enough food, and keep drinking water.

Whats the most I should lose in 6 weeks? -

I want to look good for halloween. I m 5 3-5 4. 120 pounds. That s like 23% body fat. Gross... Well anyways i guess i would LIKE to be about 105 but I seriously don t think I m capable of losing that before halloween. What s a healthy weight loss amount for me like a week? Also how should I go about doing this eating wise. I burn about 2100 calories a day with exercise. How much do you think i could lose in 6 weeks? I;m 14 btw if it even matters. oh and don t be all ur so skinny don t lose weight because that s really annoying and i seriously don t care if u think im skinny i care about what i think..

1-2 lbs is best per week, eat like 1600 calories a day assuming you burn 2100 consistently. It has to be from good stuff though. Lean meats (chicken/turkey breast), vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy fats (eggs, nuts, oils etc). No processed foods. Water everything, drink a lot of it. Don t skip meals, eat 6 times a day. Don t be like everyone else that tries to live off of 200 calories of vegetables a day, and don t weigh yourself a lot, mirror scale.

Well I m 24% body fat and don t look gross, so either you are exaggerating or your body fat is much higher than 23%. Also people with low body fat aren t skinny, they are lean athletic with muscle. If you want to be 105lb, then it s not worth worrying about your body fat percentage because you are just going to end up losing muscle anyway.

12lbs

Hello There Shedding weight can be hard , but it is a worthy goalI needed to lose some weight too for health reasons and I began searching on the Internet. I came across http://healthcrib.com/Weight-Loss/. They recommended a few products in their weight loss section and I ended up getting the first one. I had my doctor look at the product and he said that it looked pretty healthy and he approved. Since then I have lost about 75 pounds. My blood pressure is down, I sleep better, and I don t crave alot of that junk food I used to eat. I really recommend it. God Bless

What is the best weight loss plan that you have ever been on? I? -

I have about 25 lbs to lose and having hard time. I am a 41 woman and the diet and exercise route is not working as well as it once did. In particular, I have a spare tire that is hard to get rid of! I am committed to healthy weight loss and don t need to lose it overnight but would love to see some movement

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

I had a hard time loosing weight after my two kids also. And the fact that i hate exercising didn t help...but i tried a few different things...and it really helped. I documented what i did on my blog, and i also used some products to help with this too.

Workout plan, how does this sound...? -

Ok, so here s the plan. :) Workout with weights one day. Walk 2 miles the next.Weights again the next....ect, ect,Cut out sugar, lower carb intake, and eat smaller portions. How does this sound? My dad has a Bowflex I will be working out on and I will be using a walking video on the other days.Is there anything else I should do...does anyone have any healthy weight loss tips? Thanks!

I think you will get very bored with this workout quickly. It sounds good, but you do need some variety. Healthy weightloss tips:1. Eat veggies2. Have water with you where you go. You can put lemon or lime in it to give it a little zing.3. Cut out soda (yes, even diet sodas. They stimulate your appetite)4. Cut out white processed sugars.5. Don t try supplements. I know someone else mentioned the acai berry. Yes, these things are natural, but can give many side effects. Over the counter diet supplements often have caffeine in them and are not regulated by the FDA. So, basically, anyone can put anything in there. For walking workouts (that will give you some variety) just google it. There is quite a few different types.I also have the wii fit, and its pretty fun and gives a good workout. I am an avid exerciser (ask my husband, i work out at least 2 hrs per day) and it gives a good workout on days when you don t want to go out!

There are Tree way to lose weight basically1] control dieting2] work out regular basis 3] take Doctors Advice Pillsif you can do 2/3 of these at a time, its so effictive. But in dieting work out you need dedication hard work . but some peoples don t like , so alternative way is takeing perfect Pills, but where you have spends Money. Some peoples Don t like to work hard even spend money which is really impossiable. For example i am...lol so after research a lot from Doctor s a found a Popular Pills Who also OFFER FREE TRIALs, you can try if you wanna .......@.....www.loosweightfree.comOr else you have control diet regularly go to gym Work out !!!i hope this information is hwlpful for you ??/ Good luck Dear.....

No, it does not sound good. Get specific about what your going to do. What type of exercises you will be performing, the weight you will be using, how man reps you will be doing. What type of walking are you going to do... slow walking or fast walking trying to get a target heart rate?? What sugars that you eat will you cut out? what carbs are you not going to eat? what type of meals plans do you have? Do you have a food journal? You need to get specific and stick with a plan that has goals or your going to have bad results. Sorry to sound negative, I m just trying to give you some ideas. Good luck

sounds good to me. Just make sure that you are drinking 8 + cups of water a day.
