What could i do to lose weight fast ?.? -

im 5 4 and weigh about 120. i wanna lose just a little weight. i need ideas of what exercises to do. i would only do these in my room because i dont want to hear my family making jokes about it. so any help ?.

Exercise doesn t work. Check the recent Time Magazine cover story. You have to diet to lose weight.However, go ahead and exercise anyway. It is very good for you.

Thats definitely not overweight, but if u want to lose some do cardio and weight lifting, dont worry it wont make u bulk itll tone u.. High reps Low weight!

How can i lose weight fast? -

the thing is i live in the city .. baltimore and i cant get out as much as i do when im at school i go to college out in western MD and since i got to college i lost some weight but now i am home for 6weeks and i feel like i have been gaining weight because i have been riding in a car rather then walking and my mother doesnt really buy healthy food and soda is everywhere at school it is not as obtainable i dont know what to do before it is too late i just cant seem to lose it !!!!

I know the feeling. I used to live in the city but I moved to the suburbs a lil over a year ago and I ve gained weight too because I m not as active now as I used to be back home. :( I think the best thing for you to do is take walks instead of driving when you can, drink lots of water and avoid staying in the kitchen so you re not bound to start snacking on the unhealthy food. Also, talk to your mom about the groceries she buys. Ask her not to buy all the junk food. It ll help all of you. :) Good luck!

Sounds silly but taking the stairs instead of the elevator, parking just a little further away at the grocery store, and other small changes can help jump-start your weightloss. The best thing I can suggest is to start eating really clean--no junk food. Eat some chocolate or cake if you want, but don t eat it everyday. Try and get 30 minutes of exercise daily.I m like you--trying to lose weight since I m home from college. I just bought a gym membership and want to get a good workout in a few times a week.
