How to lose weight super fast? -

I am 5 6 and weigh around 160!I am going to visit some friends that i used to live with next tuesday and i dont want to look like a fricken cow! is there any way that i can drop a couple pounds without damaging my health?

In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don t. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body. Well, losing weight THAT super-fast isn t healthy, and it any weight that you do lose will be water-weight, which is easily gained back.But, I m a girl. I know how you feel. If you must lose this weight super-fast without damaging yourself, do a cleanse, or else eat only raw foods and water until then. That will get rid of all the water-weight, and you will still be able to eat and get the much-needed nutrients your body needs. Be forewarned, though: once you go back to a normal diet, you will gain at least a bit of the weight back, if not all. However, if you want to lose weight for the long-term, this is a great place to jump-start it! I am in the same boat! Don t do anything crazy and starve yourself. What s really worked for me is cutting my calories in half. Example: I used to eat 2000-2500 calories a day and now I eat 1300-1500 calories a day and have lost 18 lbs in 5 weeks. And also exercising is Key, even if its just for 20 minutes a day. I take my dog for a 20 minute walk and do some crunches every day. Hope that helps!

I m 5 7 and weigh 260 lbs and my husband, friends, and kids bet not say a word. I M FINE WITH IT! I m 14 and I want to lose weight! I do ballet once a week, jogging 1km twice a week. I m keeping my calorie intake to below 1000 calories a day. What should I eat to lose weight and what should I not? Also, I m 160cm (5 ft 3in) and 47kg. I want to be 45kg. I also want to grow taller. So how do I lose weight, and grow taller? Is it possible for me to be 170cm?

Well fist off, growing taller all depends on your genetic structure, if you have a family line known for being short, than you re bound to be short. But for the most part, eat foods that are high in protein and low in fats. Stay away from sugar infested foods and ones that are really fatty. Never ever eat fast food. Stick with you re healthy snacks: veggies, fruits, nuts, meats etc. Ballet isnt the most intense form of exercise so if you want to lose some weight you re going to have to do more. I suggest doing some semi intense cardio work to start with , such as jogging for 30 min. or riding a bike intensely for 30 min. any sort of cardio work for a few weeks. Than step it up a notch or two. Run longer and ride harder for longer. Truly if you want to lose some weight you just have to exercise and eat healthy. sacrifices are necessary to looking good. Dont give up.
