Name one good song to have in your MP3 player for a walking workout? -

For example ACDC - You shook me all night longI m walking about 1.5 to 2 miles a day on my lunch hour as a part of my weight loss program. I put this song in my MP3 player today and got a real charge out of it. What are some other songs I should try?

Hi CollegeGirlIn my opinion, no weight loss tips are truly successful on their own. Lots of water is not necessarily a good way, because how much water a person needs depends on the BMI of the person. 6 small meals maybe hard at times, especially when you are stuck at school or office and have no chance to eat, and then you need to eat more when you have the chance. Well, dieting is a good way to lose weight, but then it is hard to stick to a diet. I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart.However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. i am only 15 and want to lose a little weight. i am a big junk food eater and don t exercize. All pills, acai stuff, and drugs are out of the question. What is a weight loss program or website i could do at my age to lose about 20 to 25 pounds.

My daughter and I have been working out lately about 4 times a week. If you do not have access to a gym then walk or jog outside. Over the years I have learned that diets do not work. What we have been doing is eating only when we are hungry. Pay attention to when you are eating. Do not just eat because you are bored. Do something. We haven t given up the foods that we love, we just eat them im moderation along with some healthier choices. This is not something that is easy, it will take time. If it were easy then all of America would be skinny. When on a diet I would find myself cheating and then it was all over. I felt like a failure. We started about 3 months ago and we have both lost about 20lbs, not mention that we both feel better by getting up and doing exercise.

first of all, have someone hide all of your junk food. DO NOT EAT ANY JUNK FOOD! start taking walks around your neighborhood.. walks turn to jogs and jogs turn to runs. if you like to swim, go to the pool sometimes, you can play around and also gain some muscles and lose some weight as well. idk if this helped.

You re already on the right track. Crash diets are the worst.Just cut down your portions of fats, sugars, even carbs and proteins. Try to eliminate junk food.Eat more fruits and veggies. Diet and excercise. As for me, I lost weight without even trying. I ate a piece of toast for breakfast and a few carrots for a snack or some fruit. For lunch, I ate a bowl of green salad with chicken strips and cheese. And I have a bowl of mix fruit with that.

Cut out high calories food like chocloate and increase protien intake. The main point however is to increase excercise. Try body weight excercises such as pushups, chin ups etc. Run a few miles a week. etc. If u wer interested in sports, try sports like taekwondo that work on muscel strenghting, flexibility etc. Perfect pounds burner.
