Be careful with dried fruits, because without the water, you tend to eat more, and fruits, when dried, are calorie-rich per ounce. With any dry or dried food, be sure to drink plenty of water.

Why are there always shows how to lose weight but never anything how to gain weight for skinny people? -

i love all people but there are some skinny people that want to gain weight and are insecure about being small .for instance people on my job use to ask me and my friend why are yall so skinny or just try to be funny so we started asking why are you so fat.when you say the fat word people get offended like skinny people are ok everybody is beautiful im not trying to offend anyone i just know small girls who wanta gain weight im 28 and i eat like crazy and im still small i would love to be bigger like an size11/12 but any way do yall think ??????

I feel your pain. I have the same problem and it sucks. I am sick of people being disrespectful and saying whatever they want just because I am skinny. It does not feel any better to be called anorexic then it does to be called fat. People just dont get that.What you should do is this....Add 500 calories a day to your diet. That should help you put on about 1-2 pounds a week. Eat healthy snacks throughout the day. Things like peanut butter and whole grain bread are a good way to put on HEALTHY weight. Also you will most definatly need to lift weights in order to keep down your body fat percentage. If you don t then all the weight will go straight to your belly. If ur skinny, ur skinny and and that s a good thing as long as u don t have an eating disorder. The only way a skinny person can really gain healthy weight is by building muscle mass.

Because there is a bigger problem with America being overweight than under weight but if you want to gain weight then start eating more than you already and try to consume more calories than you burn because you may have a fast metabolism. But i think you should just be happy with your boddy .

to gain wheight what i do i eat my three meals a dayeating alot of things with high proteinstry eating alot of tortilla and beans alot of friut alot of green stuff example brocolli and stuff like that that will get you to gain weight

there aren t any programs for how to gain weight because that isn t the majority s problem... an 11/12 is not really that good unless you re all hips and have an apple bottom, but chances are you d have to have a stomach going on there so just be happy with what you ve got

I am five foot six, and I don t really have much time on my hands. I probably weigh about 150? give or take. I have school all day and hours of homework. If there was something easy that would work in 2 months, that would be great. Congrats on the loss of weight!I would say that you should step up your work out! ^_^ or mix something new in! and of course, with any workout, start out slow. Walking is great exercise for loosing weight, too. Just don t loose too much! (I did that, and it wasn t very good.) Good luck on reaching your goal! =)
