How to lose weight quick, easy, and healthy.? -

I am not really fat, but i am a little chubby. I am thirteen and would like something fast because school is starting. any ideas. Oh and I drink tons of water.

Okay first off make a goal of how much weight you want to lose in a specific amount of time. A healthy amount for you would probably be from 1-4 pounds a week. 3500 Calories is about one pound so... Try to stay below that number as much as you can. Don t starve yourself. Know what you eat and look online to see the calories. Chewing gum helps to not anxiety eat and keeps your mind off food.First, drop out any unneeded calories...Dropping out all fast food is HUGELimiting sodas. I don t know how much soda you drink, but just switching to water can do a lot.Try to limit carbohydrates: pasta, bread, chips, etc. as these contain high calories and they don t fill you up as much as protein foods: chicken, steak, fish, etc. protein fills you up more than carbohydrates and aren t as many calories. I hope this helps you out, losing weight can be hard.

Step 1:First you want to walk when possible you do not need to jog just walk. Take a walk around the neighborhood. Jump on the trampoline with the kids. Try to get a least a little bit of physical activity.Step 2:You will need to eat a lot of cereal including oatmeal, tuna on wheat with a little mayonnaise, fish, grains, fresh fruit, and fresh vegetables. Step 3:You can still eat at fast food restaurants just eat a little healthier.Eat a grilled chicken salad with low fat dressing and drink water or a diet soda. Or eat a sandwich on wheat with lots of vegetables and turkey with low fat dressing or none at all. You can enjoy some of those high fat foods occasionally just not daily. Limit yourself to one every two weeks. Watch the pounds begin to shed.

Stop slacking. From here on, tell yourself you ll be getting rid of this extra weight. And work on. Play outside. 60 minutes a day. Run, jump, skip, just get moving. Go for walks, fight your brothers, just get moving. You need some heart beating activity for 60 minutes a day. Don t exhaust yourself, but stay active. And eat frequently, but right.I mean breakfast, light snack, lunch, light snack, dinner.include vegetables, fruits, whole grains, healthy meats into your diet. tell parents about your goals for help.Just stay motivated. You may not meet your final goals by school, but you ll feel much more slimmer and active by school and within the school year. Start now.

If you know correct diet info you can lose weight. I use the way here this site and I lost 11 pounds in 4 weeks. It is very fast to lose weight. You can find my diet way that lost me 21 pounds in 45 days here http://bit.ly/dkljbn9

Just work out. Go jogging in the morning and eat healthy foods. Make sure you re not eating all the time and exercise. Keep your mind busy so you won t be bored and eat.

why do kids wait until the last minute? if you wanted to be fit you would have been going for the whole summer

How to lose weight????????? -

fast 145 3 108i want to be 95-100fasti work out 1 1/2 hiurs a dayno running and how many calories should i eatfast i dont care if i might gain it all back just fast

Just eat right. Light meals @ more frequent intervals, when working out concentrate more on such exercises that need you to repeat certain procedures over and over again like more reps and stuff... and drink a lot of water, avoid coke fanta pepsi n all the others in that category. eat a lot of vegetables...

diet and exercise. however, with your frame, you might want to get a professional fitness expert so your diet doesn t get dangerous. an important thing to note is that you should eat fruits and vegetables and you should eat salt and vinegar chips. peanuts are also very important as well as all kinds of juices.you can exercise three times a week, adding about 10-15 minutes of cardio.worst and most extreme case is to eat fiber one or rasin bran cereal, but that is dangerous because you might not digest anything. it is better to drink juices and cereal/fiber one bars. main point: consult with a professional fitness magazine or internet database. but it basically comes down to a specific type of diet.

eat very few calories. follow the banana diet since your goal isn t losing that much. eat a couple of bananas a day - one or two before breakfast, one before lunch, and one or two before dinner. That way, the bananas will make you feel fuller without much calories and a lot of potassium and other nutrients so you d eat less unhealthy stuff. Also, you could drink a lot of water to speed up your metabolism a bit.

No running? I think the best way to lose weight is cardio, and I find running has really worked for me. You might try elliptical machines, stationary bikes, or real bikes. Hiking, swimming, etc. Switch it up so you won t get bored. You need to get at least 30 mins of cardio, watch what you eat (vegetables, meats, fruits.....avoid soda, sugars and stuff that isn t natural) and try some strength training. www.fitnessmagazine.com has some good exercises for you to try as well as tips

fasting is fun, drink water for like 2 days straight. if you get real hungry, or just can t stand hunger pains, eat like a pinky size food every 1 hour.working out doesn t burn fat as fast as one would like, in fact it adds more weight to you cuz your muscles fill up with water.

You have to eat 6 small meals a day. When exercising you have to do 3 reps of 10 on many diffrent work out equptment. Go running every other day also try yoga you also need to detox so no sugar for a week! good luck!answer mine? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;

We have the same problem than! I m also 14 and i weigh 114.5 Well drink green tea all da time and water. No junk food no soda .DON T SKIP MEALS eat low fat stuff Eat only meat like chicken and turkey and lots of fruits and veggies.Thank work out to burn of some fat and get muscels ^.^

Im not sure how many calories you should eat, but I would recommend eating small portions, and eating healthy, and you already exercise, so you re all set! :)

Eat little, protein is have to. Do high set and high reps with low weights to really build up a sweat. But running would help a lot to lose weight and sweat out lots of water.

if your a guy,,,,,DON T!!!!!if your a girl your perfectly fine at the wieght you are!

atkins diet. go to atkins.com eat 3 meals a day with this and run everyday. i did this and lost 20 ibs so far

~Try like some more weights, and less reps...

You are fine just the way you are.

you dont need to lose weight i wish i was 108 lbs

Hello i was wondering if anyone knew some tips on how to lose weight? ive been struggling alot? -

ive been getting discouraged because i have not been seing results fast...i guess im impatient and i have to deal with that my self currently weight aproximatley 250 pounds =( also i have a member ship to superfitness (3 years!) so does anyone one know some good machines to use such as like treadmill, bike etc etc i will greatly apreciate some help... thanks to all that attempt to help me

Don t eat! Just kidding. I lost 30lbs. in the span of 3 months and this is what worked for me. A change in diet and the implementation of exercise is a must. I started the day with a breakfast high in fiber, say some kind of bran cereal. For lunch I had a sandwich of some sort, like a deli sandwich. Dinner was whatever I wanted with a reduction in portion size. Now here was the key for me at least. I exercised at least 5 days a week for 30 minutes at a time and more aerobic then strength training. 30 minutes is nothing in the grand scheme of things. I m telling ya, it will melt away if you do this, but be patient at first. I remember being discouraged at first too.

I ve never been happy with health clubs as a way to lose weight. You need to get into something more active (and interactive). I d rather walk three miles around town than do three miles on a treadmill...ditto for riding a bike.Last summer I took up roller skating (after not having been on skates for 30 years)...I was losing 1.5 to 2 pounds a week skating for an hour twice a week. I also cut back on what I was eating at the same time....something hard for me to do because I love pizza, taco bell, burger king, etc.... But everytime I weighed myself after skating and saw I d lost weight, it made it easier to stay away from food because I was getting positive feedback for what I was doing.Between mid-July of this year and mid-October I lost 13 pounds and have kept it off...sometimes I d go up a little...or hold even...but the weight loss was pretty steady...and as I said, it has stayed off.The secret is to find something you like doing and keep at it steadily. That, plus reduce your food intake. When you lose a couple of pounds, it gets easier because you actually feel like you ve accomplished something and you ll want to keep doing it.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/ca This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.Beginners Guide to Dieting - http://straighthealth.com/pages/guides/b

Is it just me or is anyone else tired of people asking how to lose weight? -

I am a exercise physiology major, i ve been working out my whole life, i m swimming in college, etc etc so I know what it takes to lose weight (or gain weight). EXERCISE AND EAT HEALTHY! I m so sick of people asking how they can lose 10 pounds FAST . STOP WHINING AND DO THE OBVIOUS, EXERCISE AND EAT HEALTHY!!! am i right or am i just being mean?

I d say youre both....right and meanfirst, you have to remember we have become a tv addicted, fast food nation, where many kids arent taught to get off their bums and run around. Phys Ed in many schools has become obsolete. Many 20 somethings find themselves wanting to be healthy and not having been taught the basics...so they ask the more knowledgable - which would include you....how bout having some heart and helping teach?

you right, we are always looking for short cuts. but the raw truth is what u said, get your booty in some spandex and work out those thunder thighs until you feel good. other wise, who cares right. lol

Easy question.do cardio for 40min a day 5 times a week and if you have access to weights do them for 20 min and if you don t then stick to push up and sit up or crunches for 20 min a day 5 times a week.you also gotta eat healthy.Speical k products work very well and keep you fullhttp://specialk.com/also avoid soda at all costs and try avoid soda and closted food like chips and donutseat 6 small meals everydayif your still hungry then eat veggies or fruitsyou know what they say bodys are made in the kitcken not the gym something like that.go here to learn more about your healthhttp://www.ahealthyme.com

It does wear a bit, but it is an important issue for many people so I just go with the flow.

you re totally right. but for most, it is way easier said than done.

How to lose weight? -

Do you think that if i just watch what i eat and dont do any extra exercise ill lose weight?

nou will be UNDERNUTRITIONEDi eat like a pig and i am extremely fit because i do sports every day for three hoursget a treadmill

A well balanced diet and walking would do the trick. If there is no movement, other than surgery, dehydration, or bowel movements, it would be impossible to lose weight.

u know the answer.

Of course but if you exercise too it will make you lose weight alot faster.Try doing headspins with your homies around the block.

I Am Goin To Have To Say No Because You Still Have To Exercise So That The Food You Do Eat Can Ware Off Of You So That Every time When You Eat you Can exercise Right after and you Will lose weight like that

It depends how you ate before? If you eat extremely unhealthy you may.....but really excersize and a healthy diet is key.

Exercise as much as you can and stick to healthy food. When you re bored don t reach for the bag of chips but eat the apple in your fridge. And you don t need to play a basketball game or bike ride wherever you go. You can start off just by doing 50 or so jumping jacks inside your house listening to your favourite tunes. Going outside and being active with sports is something I love to do. I m just saying you don t have to be a sport fanatic like me to lose weight. Start with something you re comfortable doing.

Yes, if you severely cut down on calories. It is much easier to lose it if you exercise, and it is helpful in keeping it off if you exercise. But yes, you can lose if you reduce your calorie input. Try reducing it by half. I lost 40 pounds that way.Once I lost the weight I did start exercising, and I ve kept the weight off for 5 years now.

No, probably not. Minimum of 30 minutes of at least light exercise should be included daily. I personally have been battling weight all my life as well and now have found a great way to include that 30 minutes a day by putting my laptop on my treadmill. (walking as I type right now...) There are few products out there to do this and I personally opted for the net runner. http://www.thenetrunner.com

You can lose weight with water. The human body is mostly water trapped inside the fragile walls of cells. We drink water to maintain the optimum level of hydration in our bodies, to flush the toxins out and cleanse the body, to cool off, to keep the joints working and to help the food digestion process. The minimum daily recommended water intake is 2 liters, because this is how much water the body uses throughout the day through sweating, urination and other bodily functions. Without replenishing lost water, the body goes into dehydration and all functions start to suffer, which is why dieting professionals recommend abstaining from food, but never from water. Like many other bodily functions, the metabolism is dependent on water to work properly. Without enough water, the process of breaking food down and converting it to energy slows down dramatically, which means that too few calories are burnt and that too little weight is lost. Not drinking enough water can be compared to running of fumes and if youre dieting and you seem to have hit the plateau, then you are probably not drinking enough water. When the metabolism slows down, weight loss slows down even more dramatically, especially since exercising becomes less effective as the bodys energy levels diminish. Water also plays an important part in the process of digestion and elimination of residues. Not drinking enough water is a one-way ticket to constipation and a host of other problems of the intestines. Poor digestion means that you will not get enough energy from the food youre eating. This will prompt the body to ask for more food and this is how the weight loss process stops and the weight gain process begins. A dehydrated body sends out fake hunger pangs, thus tempting you to forget about the diet and eat more food than you should. Not to mention that water is also a good filler. If you want to eat less food, drink a tall glass of water half an hour before every meal. The water will fill a large part of your stomach and the body will be content to feel that the stomach is not empty. This is not idle speculation, but a sound advice whose effectiveness can be confirmed by many dietitians and weight loss experts. Nobody can overeat with half of the stomach filled with water and with the body telling him/her: Seems like were almost full. We dont need that much food, so cut it short this evening. Keep in mind that in order to reap the benefits of drinking enough water, you will want to spread the intake throughout the day. Dont drink 2 liters of water all at once because the body will simply flush the excess and a lot of it will simply be wasted. Also, you dont need to restrict yourself to water. Fruit juices, weak tea and coffee count as liquids that can be used by the body for hydration. Alcohol is out of the question, because alcohol has the opposite effect on the body. And, ladies, dont be afraid that drinking a lot of water will make you retain it. Its dehydration, not abundance, which forces the body to hang on to what it has.

I would do Michael Thurmans 6 week body makeover lose 30 pounds in 6 weeks

ya but make sure you eat good to because if you dont eat you could die of hunger mabey eat healthy and do a little exercising that always helps

nope, 2 points

Yeah. Just make sure you get the foods you need and do get some exercise!

Maybe, you lose weight anytime you burn more calories than u consume. Please don t starve yourself. Don t snack. Don t eat salad dressings, dips, extra toppings like butter, cheese, sour cream, and whipped cream. Don t drink soda,Kool-Aid, drink water instead or fruit juice. Drink skim instead of whole milk. Eat yogurt instead of ice cream. Instead of a brownie eat fruit salad. Make sure u still eat a balanced diet, follow the food guide pyramid will help too. You really should exercise though. Walking just 30 min a day helps. If u exercise you will see more weight loss and you can even have a nice toned body. Plus exercise would make you feel better emotionally and physically. I say try both, cut out the unhealthy foods and get a friend to walk with you 30 min a day.

I dont really think that would work unless u have a really high matabolism....plus theres lots of benifits to working out so just think about that when u work out if u really dont like it. It helps you look better and more helthy it makes you feel great afterwords and it just helps your body in so many ways. Also i found that if you listen to ur ipod r music while working out its wayyyyyy funner!!!
