How to lose weight in 7 weeks? -

i want to lose at least 8 kilos ( 10 would be nice too ;p) . i want some advice on what my exercise routine should be and the outline of what my diet should be like. thanks!

Drink a lot of water before you eat or when you feel like eating. If your not use to running, trying walking to get in the mode of it, then mix it up run and walk. OR you could try swimming, not relaxing in the pool though. Brush your teeth immediately after you eat, to eliminate those extra urges 2-3 hrs. later. Need more help just reply in your question.

Have your goal in mind.. make a plan and stick to it!The best is to do your excercise routine early in the morning...that way you get it out of your way and you are fresh and alert for your day!I wake up 5:30 AM and go to gym Monday-Friday... At night you are too tired and tend to want to flake.Maybe plan to do some Aerobics... 1 mile run? Speed walk? Whatever you want! Just get out there!Good Luck!

MY Brother in law acting like a jerk, do i mention it? -

he was being really snotty today saying shut up etc.. and mostly directing it on me. thne he made the comment he thought i was much older than i am. then he started giving me unsolicited weight loss tips. I feel like saying somethign to my sister. im really mad about it. it was her baby shower trodya and i didnt do ANYTHING TO HIM. i barely takled to him all day, in fact. hes a little **** asshole. and my sister is going to be babysitting for me this semster and i cant bear the thoght of having to deal with him ona regular basis. help me cool off * figure out what to do (PLEASE!)

That s a very touchy situation. The longer you go without addressing it however - the more difficult it will be to curb his behavior. You very well might tick him off - but what choice do you have? You need to be honest with your sister - but non-judgemental. Tell her you re telling her this because you care about her, you care about her marriage, you care about your neice/nephew and the home they ll grow up in, you care about your whole family. You need to be genuine. Keep any temper you have in check. Offer to help your sister in any way you can. Bring in other family members to discuss it if your sister is comfortable with that. If you don t take action - more likely than not you ll experience an ugly incident down the road. Families are so important - and we so often ignore things that can be fixed or at least improved. Preventative medicine or - maintenance - it s huge. You deserve to be treated better. Your sister needs to know - for that sake of her, her children s her family s future.Good luck.

It sounds like he is jealous of your close relationship with your sister. It s unfortunate, but she chose to marry him and now THEY are a family unit that surpasses all other relationships. Her loyalty now belongs to him. Just try to ignore his comments if you want to remain close to your sister. I would not put her in the position of feeling she has to defend him OR to choose between the two of you. You already know what her answer should be if forced to a choice between the two of you.

Tell your sister for sure.This sounds like it could escalate to something worse.I have a Friend that was raped by her brother in law , so try not to be alone with him.He sounds like a nasty person that you cannot trust.I would be reluctant to leave my child alone with him and your sister. What a benevolent beast. Best to see as little of him as possible. I m wondering if you really want your child or children exposed to him. They pick up on things. Perhaps it would be best to use daycare for every ones peace of mind.?

i would reccomend telling him how you feel in a lady likefashion. he obviously was not a gentleman to you, so showhim you are a better person than him and express yourself in a dignifyed, sincere, and lady like style. that will make him look and feel as small as an ant. good luck and God Bless.

Two weeks?Are you kidding?I think there is no way to lose weight way so fast even you eat pills.unless you want to do a surgery.But surgery is not the best choice.

Get enough sleep. Most people need about 8 hours per night. If you re not allowing your body to recuperate each night you have very little chance of successfully losing body fat quickly and safely.
