How can i lose weight faster? please help me.? -

I was 242.5ib on 21/01/2009 when started walk 2.54km in 32min with speed 4.8km/h ,I do Stationary bicycling 40min a day. I m 235ib on 30/01/2009 now i want to lose wait faster?

Eat more protein foods, and vegetables for fibre. Continue to exercise, going further/longer and/or add some weight. A backpack filled with books will add the weight to make it harder. Add some push-ups and sit-ups to your exercise. Stay away from sugar foods. Keep carb intake low.

I personally think you re doing a great job, and gradual weight loss is actually the key to looking your best once you ve lost the weight. However, I understand your frustration. I would suggest doing more running if you re able to, especially spring intervals if you re up to that level...walk for 2 minutes, sprint for 1 minute (or do what you can as to avoid injury!!!). Clean diet is the most important factor. Healthy unprocessed foods are the best. Lean meats, Dark Green veggies, and slight healthy carbs like yams or cauliflower. Lots of water. Good 8 hours of rest at night. Weight training is really important in fat loss as well, the more muscle you have, the better you look AND the more fat you burn all day!!!! So lift them weights!

easy. Ride the bycicle more or start a diet. I used aloe vera to make my metabolism good so i dont need to eat a lot and lost 10kg. was 100 now down to 88

slow wt loss tends to stay off, fast wt loss tends to end up going back on as most of the loss is water, fluid and glycogen stores.

i know how you feel. i want to lose weight too. some people don t want to excercise, but still want to eat. i say choose a fun activity; skating, dancing, swimming etc. and work on it. it keeps you sweatin and losin weight. some people go to gyms. gyms don t make you lose weight. they just make you get more muscles. if you don t like moving around, skating... or anything like that infront of people, do it at home. like me. my family tells me to go dance, but i don t like to do it infront of people. so just try turning up the radio or cd player.. any thing that makes music and start dancing to it in your room... oh and if you re like me.. i d close the door. too

well maybe you should try the stuff on tv if it doesnt work get ur money back or you can go on a diet........ eat stuff like salads my sis does that and it works!

the atkins diet really worked for me u cud prob lose abt 10lbs in 2 weeks if not more! x

Cut out all sugar. Drink alot of water and watch the pounds come off!!!!

you can do that by cutting 500 calories out of your diet by mayeat 1200-1500 caloires a day

The quickest way to lose weight is to combine diet and exercise together. You don t have to exercise like a maniac...at least just try to do something active for 30 minutes at least 5 times a week. I prefer to take a brisk walk for about 30-60 minutes a day. DO NOT stop eating completely because that may backfire on you in a very bad way. Your body may go into shock and you may even gain weight. You just have to eat sensibly. No more than 1200-1400 calories a day and no more than 25 grams of fat is a great starting point. Personally, I have been on Nutrisystem for two weeks and I have already lost 10 pounds in addition to my exercising. You can so lose 10 pounds by May if you exercise and diet! Best of luck to you.

Double up on the water you drink - its probably the easiest ways to lose weight fast! Instead of drinking 8 glasses of water, drink 12-16! STAY AWAY from soda and artificial juice . If you don t drink water, which I highly recommend you should, at least drink 100% juices. And of course, eat your fruits and veggies everyday or as often as possible, stay away from the junk food as MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Get plenty of rest but not too much. Exercise just 3 times a week for 20 mins. a day - you don t have to get up and go outside. Turning on the radio or MTV Hits and dancing to some of your favorite songs can do the trick, anything that requires a lot of physical activity is effective. You may loose a little more weight because of the sweat and your body has to work harder to keep cool, but I wouldnt suggest it. You can easily overheat. People have died from it.

How much weight do you need to lose? Don t cut your calories too much-it slows down your metabolism, so if you ever increase your caloric intake back to what you ate before, you will gain weight. That said, try avoiding processed and fast foods. These are not very filling and contribute to weight gain. A good example of a healthy but filling diet is oatmeal (w/ brown sugar or a little peanut butter) for breakfast, turkey sandwich w/ salad fruit for lunch, and a dinner of brown rice, a lean meat (like fish or chicken), and two non-starchy veggies (look online for good, low-cal ways to prepare these things)....If you want to have long-term weight loss, try beginning a regular exercise routine. I find the best time of day to exercise is in the morning. It s just a lot more convenient-you don t have to worry what you look like as you head out the door, because, after all, it s 5 or 6 a.m.-who cares what you look like? After you get your workout in, you already feel like you ve accomplished something, and you can get on with your day. Just make it something you do-like brushing your teeth. Sorry, but there s no fast way to lose weight. Losing weight slowly is the safest way to lose. (2 to 3 lbs weekly) Cut out junk food, eat plenty of fresh fruits veggies daily, eat lots of chicken, turkey, fish, lean red meat. Cut down on eating sugary foods such as cakes, pies, candy, etc. Drink plenty of water daily, as it flushes out the impurities, exercise daily. Walking is the most natural form of exercise the easiest on your joints. Increase your walking distance speed little by little. Brisk walking is best for burning calories. Do some gentle stretcing warm ups before you begin walking each day cool down after a nice walk, when you re done. Just wallk slowly for about ten minutes. Carry water with you when you are walking, so you won t get dehydrated. Walking in itself, is great for getting toned it doesn t cost a dime.

Look on line for, cleansing diets Basically they are recipes given to people before certain surgeries. There is nothing dangerous about them. They are just meant to flush out the bodies impurities before surgery. They are composed mostly of vegetable type soups. If you get hungry try snacking on toast between meals. Walking will help also. If you really want to do this then get off your bum and get out running! Don t wait for just PT lessons get out there and enjoy yourself. Plus doing sit-up s will help, just use a sofa or under a the bed to support your feet and crack on. But don t over do it, just do what you can often enough and you will have a flat stomach.
